We had a great experience with the Westin hotel in downtown Bellevue, WA. The staffs are really friendly and the rooms are beautiful and very clean. Great location to shopping and dining. Would stay here again.

Walking distance to local stores and restaurants. Many things wrong with the room. I would expect the room to be in perfect shape. The bathroom sink drained slow, one of the bathroom lights was burnt out. The TV remote didn't work and the Internet jack at the desk was broken. Not what I would expect from an upscale hotel.
