Fabulous rooms and service. Nothing. Wonderful hotel, great room service and massages.

A wonderful hotel in a geat location. Highly recommended. Facilities are great. My favourite luxury hotel in Bangkok.

Excellent location to both BTS and MRT stations. Turn-down service wasnt proactive though, but the staff were very friendly. Extremely unusual, we experienced a 30-40min blackout of the entire building on one of the nights and no torchlight is available in the room....

The location is very good. We stayed there for two nights, but they didn't give us new soaps the next day. One of the "clean" towels was dirty! JW Marriott is better than the Westin in all aspects. The Westin is not a bad hotel, but it's not as good as it's supposed to be. If you like the location of Westin, you may want to stay at the Sheraton across the street (they have better food, too!)

The hotel is very old, quite a lot of equipment and shower is not working great, comparing to all the new boutique hotels right next to it, seems like I can get a better room out from the new hotels.

Rooms very "Westin" with nice bathrooms and added Thai touches. Great breakfast, nice touch in being able to order fresh juices, made to your individual request. A very relaxing hassle free stay in a hotel that delivers what the advertising promises. I will stay again.

Staff courtesy was extraordinary. This property must be ranked as one of the top ten best places to stay in Thailand. Centrally located and convenient to public transportation, it provides a haven of comfort and privacy in the middle of a noisy, busy city.

I was very impressed with this hotel - I found it to be more like a W brand than Westin. It was very modern and had lots of great ameneties. I preferred it to the Sheraton across the street. There is another good option for Starwood properties in Bangkok though, the Royal Orchid Sheraton. I liked the decore better at the Westin, but I thought the Royal Orchid was in a much more interesting location, right on the river where you can jump on a boat to explore some of the best of the city.

Great location to sky train, nicely decorated room and great staff. The hotel staff is very attentive to all if your needs. The room was always made up quickly in the morning and in the evening the staff checked the room and turned down the bed. The furnishings and rugs are all in clean and modern. Lobby is wide open and well decorated. The restaurant on the lobby floor has a wonderful banquet that shouldn't be missed.

Great hotel, great service, and great location. Staff was very helpful. The SkyTrain is a short walk away. The buffet and room service food was outstanding. Drinks are overpriced but that is to be expected in a hotel like this. Would definitely stay here again!

Good location and access from or to airport. Small swimming pool. Good place for one or two nights stopover to Phuket.

I was there for two nights by myself actually. I love the hotel style and plus everything in the room. My favorite is the bathroom is accessible for tV stereo and radio. You won't miss what your movie is happening while relaxing in the tub. Staffs are helpful. I like the private section of internet service, but it is little overprice, however, it is Westin. I enjoyed staying in westin and liked to be close to sky train in walkable distance..! I am looking forward to stay with Westin in Bangkok again.

The rooms are well apportioned and spotless. Nothing comes to mind. The West in in located about 2 minutes from the sky train which is absolutely critical with Bangkok's traffic. Staff was great, room was fantastic, food was fantastic.

The ambiance of the Westin in Bangkok is superb I like everything about this hotel From the time you park your car, to the welcoming staff, to the checkin procedure and finally to the gorgeous room, the procession is grand and complete. Pool is a delight. Food is delicious and smiles abound. What more could one say?

Girl friendly hotel. Internet access was too expensive, the lobby is on the 7th floor (that is, two elevator trips required).

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The Westin is a great hotel for the cost. It's worth staying in and in a great location.

Westin Sukhumvit goes all out to make each guest feel special. Drinks in bar are overpriced. Parking and greeting introduces a guest to the coming experience. Check in staff makes a guest feel welcome and special. Room is superlative and each small request is honored with a smile. Pool and gym are each something to look forward to. Sunday buffet is extravagant beyond expectations. Entire experience is a holiday not to be missed.

The service was incredible and warm and friendly I nearly froze to death. THey couldn't seem to get the A/C regulated Really modern, and clean, and fabulous service. My only problem was the a/c not getting regulated. I had to turn it off and then it got stuffry and I got a bad headache. SO it was a bit of a downer. THe spa was fabulous and I spent four hours there. The best in the world for massage and facials etc.

Amazing comfortable beds. Absolutely A+. Also, free and easy wireless net access in lobby. Once out of four stays, the shower head was leaky and the shower was missing the wooden floor pieces. Minor complaint though. I've stayed here several times now and find it to be a great hotel with wonderful staff whose English (and Japanese) is excellent. The rooms and beds are the best I've found in Bangkok (though the Oriental suites come close). I also love the location, as I mostly get around by Sky train, though some will find Sukumvit to have too much traffic and most will dislike the hawkers and beggars I imagine. If I could change one thing it would be wireless net access in the rooms.

near skyway and subway black mold in bathrooms Very average Westin, nothing great nothing very bad. Very poor public areas, except 7th floor bar.
