Location. Large extra charges. Hotel did not assign two bedded rooms to customers. For a two bedded room, we were charged an additional 40 Euro ($50). The room was not measurably larger or different than the one bedded room so this appears nothing more than a way to bait and switch customers for more money. Staff was not about to set aside the extra fee even as a courtesy, though the hotel was quite literally empty on the night we stayed. Left very bad impression and should make clients aware of the extra charge.

Pleasantly surprised, museum quality antique cars in lobby. Breakfast was nice but expensive at 30 Euros. Great central location next to the pedestrian shopping street, few blocks to the old Frankfurt area. Top hotel quality, no noise, very nice gym and pool area.

Design and comfort of room. No extra amenities (e.g. free water in room.) The Weston Grand is a classic Starwood property with a modern and comfortable design offering all services of a state-of-the art four star hotel

Gave us the much desired rest we needed during the course of our travels. AC condensation in the room (closet area) damaged some of our belongings.

Great gym, really nice lobby, beautifully appointed rooms. Great location, close to a subway station, in excellent condition, great beds and bathrooms, really nice gym.

Front desk staff was so cheery and eager to make our stay special. Parking was outrageously expensive.

Great location - central to shopping. Very nice lobby and bar. Typical for Europe, rooms are a bit small. Traveling with 3+ people in a room is tight. Very nice hotel centrally located to Frankfurt's main shopping area. Easy walk to the Main river. Also an easy walk to "old" Frankfurt to visit historical and picturesque Rommenburg Square.

The facility was ultra-clean. The gym was anemic. The Arabella Sheraton Grand definitely lives up to expectations. It is in a great location, makes an impacting first impression and has all the amenities a business traveler would expect (nice restaurant and bar, easy access to public transport, friendly staff and very clean rooms).
