Really nice hotel and lovely room.

Great location, nice hotel but check-in confusion! The Westbury is undoubtedly one of Dublins finest hotels in one of the best locations just off Graffton St. The hotel is very busy and appears to be a social meeting point (place to be seen!) as well as a busy hotel. The only issue we had is that we couldn't check in until after 4.00pm, although we arrived at 1.00pm. We were also put in the wrong room (we were promised the 6th floor as it was our anniversary) and when we got into the room there was a plumber fixing the toilet - not exactly 5 star!! Having said that they tried their best to accommodate us and overall is was an enjoyable stay. Fussier guests may not have been so accommodating!!

Great hotel! Great location!Everything about this hotel was great, staff, rooms, the only quibble we had was being charged to park our car in the hotel car park.

Gramd Slam treatWent to Dublin to watch the rugby and decided to treat ourselves to the Westbury, we used to stay quite frequently years ago but it has become very expensive in recent times. We watched the match in the hotel bar and the atmosphere was great, the service and the rooms were excellent as usual, I always like the disposable slippers they provide. Only two negatives, they now charge 20 euros for car parking and they should provide an address to put into a sat nav so I could find the car park more easily.

The Westbury is outstanding. I felt like royality when I arrived with very friendly and polite staff. The room was beautiful and had all the extras that make up 5* accommodation. I could not list even a minor complaint with this hotel and hope that I get the opportunity to stay there again. Very professional and the location was great too. Food was lovely and well served.

Best location for City Center. Parking is challenging due to location. Hotel location would not show up on GPS, so we found it by Grafton Street. A+ all around.

Fantastic location - walking to Grafton street and Oconnel street and Temple Bar plus lots of restaurants. Also near Art gallery and St Stephens greenThe only downsides - we were allocated a room next to lifts and we could hear the lift shaft plus there was a telephone for chambermaids outside room (610) which we could hear ringing. Also had problems with maids NOT leaving milks for coffee maker.Would visit again - possibly sometime in future for rugby!

The concierge weren't that great. Had to wait for someone who knew more about the area. This gentlemens was very helpful in finding us a very nice restaurant within such short notice.

Hotel is easy to get to. Did not dine there, but the food did look good. One down side is the parking, or lack thereof, there are a couple of well known Car Parks near by, 5 euro for overnight parking. Ask at the car park cash office. You must have the car out of the car park before 11 am the following morning, otherwise you may open the cheque book. The cost of booking this quality of hotel, through late booking was incredibly good value.

The Westbury is ideal for business but lacks any charm as a place to stay if you're in Dublin for pleasure. Location is excellent but as Dublin is a small city then location may not be top of your list when choosing a hotel. By no means can this be described as a luxury hotel but it can be described as expensive.

A superb hotel just comfortably away from the manic Temple bar area, located in the better area of Grafton Street, just 5 minutes from all the madness if required! the hotel has recently been refurbished to a very high standard, the excecutive rooms are noteably larger than standard and well worth the extra cost, beautifully appointed, I would recommend this hotel to any traveller expecting 5 star standardsJust superb

Great and comfortable hotel. Not sure I agree with the money spent on the re-furb. The dining room is now all dark and gothic......I am sure it is meant to be uber cool....but with vlack walls and dark curtains its just depressing...sorry...doesnt do it for me.The dining room was wonderful before. It didnt need changing.....what a waste of money.....The other issue I have is that whilst I dont mind people employing Eastern European staff ( they are very friendly and hard working) I dont expect to check in a hotel of this standard and find no irish staff at all.......ratrher bizarre its like staying in an eastern European country........Sometimes it was quite hard to make them understand English...we asked for a kettle on check in......it never ever arrived...I just guess they didnt understansd what we were saying....Anyway, its a great location and it is still a great place to be. Dublin is awesome.

Room was excellent. Staff all very helpful. Not cheap at €415 room only for the night but nothing in Dublin is cheap these days.

would recommend they work on the sound proofing of rooms during the planned refurbishment and we Irish like our tea (each room has a nespresso machine for coffee only) otherwise not a bad hotel at all. great location and good food. parking was €20 extra no other Dublin hotel charges for this to the best of my knowledge.

Good location but very noisy. Generally friendly staff but charged for breakfasts and bar bills we did not accrue. When queried we found that the originals acutally had no signatures or even someone elses signature! We have to claim this back as they would not refund at reception.Ancillaries ridiculously expensive and offered poor value for money but room very clean and comfortable as was whole building.

The location of this hotel is it's main attraction - you could not be more central to the heart of the thriving shopping and social center of Dublin. The hotel itself does not disappoint - it is luxurious without being over the top and the staff are friendly and welcoming. One downside for me was the lack of a pool.
