This resort is an excellent vacation spot for those committed couples who enjoy fine dining, good wine selection and a safe and sane group of people.

For the price and website description we expected much more. Since occupancy was down the Villa did not bother with the advertised continental breakfast or evening receptions or newspapers or concierge for most of the stay. The room (casita) had to be aired out and cleaned up for occupancy. OK for maybe a one or two night weekend but forget about it being a resort destination - plan to find fun, recreation, food, drinks elsewhere

very quiet place, have brunch, stay a couple nights - no longer, gym facilities minimal, advertised breakfast and social hours missing or minimal during the week, front desk staff missing, reserations were lost, not a destination resort, plan on traveling about town for food and activities missing

Overrated and over-advertised, have brunch, maybe stay a couple of nights but no longer....advertised continental breakfast was coffee/maybe a pastry, advertised daily wine and cheese receptions not available. There are many better choices for the same price in town. If we had not prepaid we would have left after one night.
