Victoria hotel is located in a nice residential area, Sliema, several miles away from Valletta. However, one has to go uphill several blocks to get to the harbor where there are some nice restaurants. The best way to get to Valletta is by boat. Taxis are rather expensive. The rooms are small, but adequate. The pool was closed for renovations. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Overall, the hotel offers adequate facilities. Good value for money.

the hotel hosted a number of events in our wing of the hotel. some of their mess was left around for some time which deminished the aura of this truely lovely setting. the desk staff were marvellous

Brilliant Hotel- lying centrally in Sliema, the biggest town in Malta.The Suite we stayed in is in an old Palazzo next to the hotel and is a duplex appartment rather than a hotel room. State of the art facilities blend in nicely with period features. You do not feel like in a big hotel as only 6 rooms are in the palazzo. Order your breakfast with the room service (around GBP 1.50 surcharge) and you can enjoy it in your dining room or on the terrace- splendidGreat in town is also the complimentary underground parkingWould go there anytime again
