wonderful hotel in Macao, it's really big with very large shopping center, really good place for vocation and very convenient to get to because of frequent shuttle buses; room is great, buffet in Bambu is recommended, but Cafe Deco is not so good. Besides, it has a incredible casino place.

This hotel is just 10 minutes away from the Macau Airport. There are frequent free shuttle buses to Border Gate (to Zuhai, China), Ferry Terminals and airport. An excellent hotel for a short stay in Macau.

Room was great. Hotel very much like the one in Las Vegas. Had trouble eating the food there. Very different than the food in the USA and I am from New York. It is good that hotel is connected to the Four Seasons. Hotel ammenities are great. However, the cotai strip is still being constructed. If you have been to Las Vegas keep on going there. Macau is by far much lower standards then Las Vegas. I wish I would have stayed in Hong Kong for 2 more days. Don't waist your time there. Hope this helps everyone.

I arrrived at the hotel at 12.15pm on 8 Feb 2007. There were about 8 persons in the queue for check-in. My check-in was completed by 12.30pm. I was happy that I was able to get a room because check-in time was supposed to be 3pm and I had read from other websites about long waiting time during check-in.I stayed in the Royale Suite in the south wing. The room was big and clean. There were 9 pillows and a bolster. When I charged my mobile phone battery, I need not use my own travel adapter. There was an adapter on the socket provided by the hotel. The toilet bowl was choked on the morning of 9 Feb. We informed the hotel and an engineer was sent to our room within 5 minutes. The problem was cleared within a few minutes.When I checked-out on 10 Feb, it was settled in a few minutes, because it was 7.45am and I was the only one checking-out. When my husband requested the hotel staff to book a cab to take us to the airport, we were told that they do not provide cab booking service. We have to join the taxi queue which was a few metres long. We needed to book a cab because there were five of us and most taxis can only take four passengers. While waiting in the queue, we saw a 6-seater cab which was taken by a couple. In the end, we have to travel in two taxis. We stayed at Holiday Inn Macau from 6 to 8 Feb and when we checked-out, the hotel staff called for a cab to send the five of us to the Venetian.

I stayed at the Royal Suite and it is a beautiful suite - everything is in good order and the interior is just stunning. You can spend the whole day in your room if you do not want to explore the casino below... Exterior of the Venetian is gorgeous - however, the "mall" on 3rd floor is not that attractive. It is difficult to walk around as you tend to get lost... And the casino's security is quite lax - no metal detectors like the other casinos in Macau... And it's just too smoky inside. I didn't enjoy the casino tho... So, I spent more time in the room :)

The rooms at this hotel are magnificent and I would happily stay again. The hotel does suffer somewhat because of it's very size. It took a while to check in and it was easy to get lost looking for where the hotel suites are. Overall it was as I suspect was intended an experience and an enjoyable one.

Impressive! Very huge and nice hotel. The only drawback is that the smoking is not restricted to the 'casino' area only. Everywhere there are people smoking even on the queue for service and in the restaurants/food court! Will stay again if visit Macau in the future.

The great thing about Venetian is that, not only it has casino but it has other entertainment like the concert or show. It has also shopping outlets. It is good for family travel cause people who don't gamble can do shopping and enjoy at some of the cafe or restaurants.

The facilities that the Venetian has to offer are ideal for Families. There is plenty to see and do. As the Resort matures, the service level, particularly in the Casino, should also develop. Macau hasn't quite figured out the advantages of really taking care of people who gamble yet. The Venetian has the potential to offer the complete package, and has a great opportunity to lead the Macau Casino industry.

The is a super grand hotel, the room is extremely comfortable with 2 queen size beds. The facilities are very complete, there are free shuttle buses to almost everywhere save me a lot of taxi fare.

The casino's which dominate the whole hotel have little or no sophistication. Very long walk from reception to hotel bedrooms. Cotai strip is both unusual & charismatic

Please include the breakfast cost in your booking price list for those who stay with child. It is not convenience for the people who stay in the hotel without breakfast for the child.
