My stay at The Twin Towers has been excellent in every way. Very good price, AWESOME food, well located, nice staff. Nothing bad to say at all, would recommend to anyone.

Tried to book direct - the staff were VERY rude on phone - even to a Thai speaker- however the staff in the hotel were all extremely helpful and polite and friendly. Don't drink by the pool though - VERY overpriced!!

It is a bit away from the major public transport facilities. Staff friendly but not too flexible (was there in the crisis time of the Bangkok Airport closing so that might have been a factor too). Rooms spacious and clean, swimming pool, spa fitness as you would expect. Very good. Can recommand, if you don't have problems with taxis. You'll need them to get somewhere. Don't get those in front of the hotel. They will heavily overcharge you. Just walk a couple of meters to your right, there are taxis, that turn on the meter.

Big room with super single beds. Good for family stay, near Chinatown (Yaowarat) and MBK. If you know your way in Bangkok, this is a recommended hotel.

Hotel was clean and breakfast was ok but staff in gold teak place are not friendly at all. my tip is... Dont ride the tuktuk ride the taxi basically same price esp going to MBK.

I have travel to Bangkok several times for business and had put up difference hotels. I can't find any hotel like Twin Towers Hotel has given us a very good service and comfortable stay. @ Room size is big (Superior Room) @ House-keeping is good @ Staff have very good manners and courteous But 1 thing we don't like is the wireless internet. It too EXPENSIVE, I spent almost Thai Baht 420.00 (SGD19.00) for the 1hr 15mins. Hope the management of the hotel would consider lower the fee as to attract more businessman to stay with them. I might consider to stay here for my next trip if they really work something on the Internet fee.

The hotel itself was lovely but did not like the room low standards for a four star hotel also i had booked upgrade from standard room and I was put in a room that overlooked the wall of a building also everything over priced at the hotel from the spa to the internet.

The lobby is nice and great price, but the location is not within a tourist areas and the rooms are a bit old and simple.

Before the day of arrival, had called e hotel 3 times to confirm on our request. A set of connecting room and non-smoking. When we arrived, connecting set was not given and the staff told us that there wasn't any request at all. Around 10pm, we went to the reception to check if connecting set is available, the night shift staff told us that we could change it tmr. He would block the room for us. Next day morning, we vacant one of our room #929 and shift our things to #927 (the room with CN set), so that they could sell #929 to other gst. We dropped by the recep at 9am and passed the keys(#929) to them. At abt 1am, we r back to e hotel. When we went to e recep to collect our new rm keys(#925), they say it is not available, new gst had check in to e room. Again, they mentioned that no instruction was given, nothing was in their system, indicating that #925 is blocked for us. At the beginning, they said there wasn't any connecting room for us to move to, so the Night Manager asked, ' so what do you want now?' What kind of service is this? It's a mistake made by your staff n u can ask us what do u wan. Next moment, the staff said, ' Oh! i have a connecting now already.' So does this means the gst check out in the middle of the night but no gst was at the reception checking out when we were there. so after an hr plus later, both rms has to move to new rm (#656ʒ). We demand for an explaination frm the night manager but til the day of dep, nothing was given to us.

There are a few idiosyncrasies about this place. The first is that due to the hotel name there are no Americans. The second is that it largely caters for those with an Oriental palate. I highly recommend the executive rooms. Late check out at 4pm and one hours free internet access per day is a god send. Really good mix of people in this hotel. Staff can't do enough for you and the reception is very inviting.Location wise its pretty good. About one third less 'street hassle' compared to the more popular parts of town (I've been there to).Don't bother using the Tut Tuts (a one off may not be to bad just for the experience). Take a metered taxi instead. One big tip is not to ask the price (this sounds stupid I know). Once you ask the taxi price you've just come off the meter and trippled the journey cost (tried and tested many many times).G

A very nice and big hotel, just like the rooms. The service was excellent at arrival, but when departing there was no service at all... The pool was ok, but it would be nice if the bar was open (I think it was more than me that was thirsty). After all I enjoyed the stay, but next time I might choose another one. I´m sending a big warning to the hotels taxiservice! For example: A taxi to the airport is 600 baht, 10 meters outside we got a taxi for 350 (highway incl). And the evening before they got us a tuk tuk to Sioam centre for the same price as a taxi to China town.

Power in the roof went off 4 times. Despite me reporting directly to the asst manager, refuse to change room, Say no room available. After 4th time storm down to see asst manager directly, Got the cheek to say he did not know, then offered equivalent room. Shouted at guest too. Completely disgusted.

I cannot praise the hotel high enough. During a difficult time when the airports were blockaded, the staff and ameneties were exemplary.
