Theatre tripThis accommodation was excellently located for our trip to the theatre which was only a very short walk away. We were also allowed to access our room early as I requested. It was in a very quiet area and very good value for money. The hosts were very friendly and allowed us to leave our car outside the premises on the day of our departure whilst we spent the day in Llandudno

Very friendly hotel, good breakfast. nice quiet location, easy walking distance to town centre approx 10 mins and 2 min walk to sea front.Would def stay again and recommend to friends for a getaway break.

Family helpful and friendly, plenty of good food, clean and nicely kept, not far from shopping complex. Longer walk to pier and cable cars or cable tramway, but bus stop right outside. Enjoyed our 2 night stay.

Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent location for day trips into the hills and time on the beach. Lovely view from bedroom. On-road parking was easy. Using the basin in the shower room was a little awkward due to the small size of the room, but this did not trouble us at all. We would recommend this guest house.

Really friendly couple who were more than happy to direct us on where to eat, what there was to do etc. The setting is gorgeous, a stones throw from the beach and the B&B was really nice, clean, and tidy. We both had a full English each morning which was spot on! Would definately stay again or recommend it.

Simple but effective. Only stayed one night but perfectly ok. No need to pay higher prices anywhere else. No problem parking, which can be difficult in some areas of Llandudno.

This Hotel is a credit to the owners Steve &lynne,They are one of the friendliest couples we have met on our travels , We would like to thank them for the excellent service & information that they gave us in regards to places to dine ,& places to visit . We would not hesitate to recommend this Hotel to anyone . It is truly one of LLandudno's little Gems . Jimmy & Anne Dickie

A nice small hotel. The only down side is that it is a [5 minute] walk from the \"centre\" of Llandudno. However, that does make car parking easier.
