This is a new 5 star resort that will be open on 15 September 2008 and considered as a Super Deluxe property. St. Regis Bali is the first St. Regis resort property in Asia.

The resort combines panoramic sea views as well as views of tranquil, colorful and lush gardens, reflecting a true element of style in the culturally rich and luxurious environment of Bali.

Artistic in every detail, with thoughtful cultural references, the 125 suites and villas which adorn Balinese inspired craftsmanship are designed to meet the needs of the most discerning travel connoisseurs. St. Regis Villa Lagoon - Two bedrooms is a villa of between 484 to 500sqm, direct access to a 3668sqm swim able lagoon from the terrace, private pool, Bale Bengong.

The continental restaurant of The St. Regis Bali Resort, located in the main lobby of the hotel, is not the typical hotel coffee shop or cafe restaurant but a destination in itself. It offers indoor and outdoor seating, a sumptuous breakfast, fast, easy and scrumptious lunches and a great selection for dinner, all done with a passion for food ensuring the fare is visually pleasing, aromatic and flavorsome. Opens from 07:00am to 11:00pm.

Kayuputi

This signature restaurant is located on the beach front, away from the main body of the hotel, providing a tranquil setting for an elegant dining experience with indoor and outdoor seating options. It features a semi open kitchen, a stylish well designed culinary feature. The restaurant has a small yet spectacular bar, providing guests a chance to mingle pre- and post-dinner or just enjoy a cocktail at sunset. Opens from 11:00am to 11:00pm.

King Cole Bar

The King Cole Bar is located in the main lobby of the hotel and offers indoor and outdoor seating. The terrace offers a perfect setting for guests to enjoy their pre-and after-dinner drinks when the sun is setting and the temperatures are dropping.

The King Cole Bar features live entertainment from 06. 30pm. The timing coincides with the beginning of the Aperitif Ritual by The St. Regis Bali Resort. Opens from 10:00am to 12:00am.

Gourmand Deli

The Gourmand Deli is one of the main features of the resort. Located on the ground floor, just on the left side of the grand staircase, it offers the guests a wide range of exclusive items such as Chocolate and Roses, caviar, imported smoked or honey-roasted hams, foie gras, Champagnes, wines and premium liquors. It also offers home-made pastries, cakes, bread and daily specials. Opens from 08:00am to 10:00pm.

With nine chandeliers suspended from the ceiling and over-looking the ocean, the view from the lobby over a grand and magnificent black glittering mineral sand pond is stunning and panoramic.
