We loved every minute of our stay at the Sebel Trinity Wharf. It was great to have a 1pm check-in, and 11am check-out. We treated ourselves to a Harbourview King Spa room... and it was worth the money! The room was gorgeous, the view was great and the room service was very prompt. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast on our own deck which topped the experience off for us. The location was great being just a 10 min walk to a selection of waterfront restaurants. But the restaurant at the hotel looked gorgeous and we want to eat there next time. We cant wait to return to Tauranga again, and would not consider staying anywhere other than the Sebel Trinity Wharf.

Absolutely terrible. They over charged my credit card by $350 which took 7 days to be removed. I wrote and complained and it took over a month for them to respond. They admitted that a mistake was make but made a very poor apology. Would never stay again

It's in an amazing location with water surrounding you. Got to see jelly fish and a large stingray from our balcony. Would highly recommend staying here. A++

This is one of the best hotels NZ has to offer. Wonderful service food and atmosphere. Staff are really keen to serve.

Good overall, but wasn't that great to have to share a balcony with the neighbours, a bit intrusive..

This was an exceptional hotel. Shame we didn't get to stay longer. The position was superb, the restaurant was excellent and the service was great!

Fantastic hotel. Great location, hotel was very clean. At the restaurant, staff members are very friendly and helpful. We had such a great time. I would love to stay there again.

Breakfast for an upmarket hotel a bit poor. As we asked for cheese, we got the answer, it wouldn't be available. Additional there was only one choice of eggs (scrambled). Breakfast buffet one would expect a more international standard, which has been not achieved. Plunger Coffee in the room has been charged with $ 8, should really be included in the service. Other comparable hotels are not charging for the use of a coffee maker. Besides that great Hotel. We certainly will stay there next time we are in Tauranga

Buffet breakfast not up to the standard for such a hotel with weak lukewarm coffee. Lounge area untidy and used glasses and crockery left on tables for far too long, also rubbish left lying on floor in this area. Shower door didn't close properly and water leaked out all over floor.Towels rough and thin and only 2 per double room. Very noisy, could hear water pipes early each morning, 5.00am and doors slamming very early as well. Won't bother with this hotel again, expect far better for the price paid.

poor amenities in the room, especially for a top-rated room as stated by the hotel

Car parking for residents can be difficult if the hotel is hosting big conventions etc.

Everything was fantastic, staff spoke p[erfect english, everybody welcomed us with warm friendly smiles and gestures. Staff were humorous and natural. Overall it was a fantastic experience and i definatly will be going back.

The staff were very friendly and effecient. The premium room was smaller than I expected and not big enough to have two lounge chairs. However I would stay there again.
