Stayed 3 nights and left very impressed with this hotel. The standard rooms are a good size, plenty of room for luggage etc, they are neat and clean, bathroom was nice and big and the shower was hot and powerful. No complaints really with the room. The hotel facilities were great, it's in a prime location in the heart of Bukit Bintang, has a nice sized pool, spa and a well equipped gym. The breakfast was very good with a wide selection of Asian and western food, cereals, fruit and pastries. Staff were friendly and efficient. Would definitely stay here again.

It was a nice hotel close to anywhere no need to take taxi and the room is okay but TV less channels .and breakfast was less variety i like that hotel in general.

Stayed 7 days. Arrived to room with unemptied bin and dirty hand towel. Requested change twice with no response, then lodge complained with manager who then upgraded room.Could not see TV blurred reception on cable TV, not able to be corrected by service staff who explained it was the service providers' fault. On the last two days of stay NO hot water so had to boil water and place in bath to have a wash! Complained twice, again no remedy. On arrival back in Perth, informed by Bankwest, hotel put a hold for money for 9 days on credit card used as bond. Otherwise, staff generally friendly. If you stay a few days only, you may not discover such hassles. Hotel needs maintenance for essential service.

great location and overall quality. Cheap price. No Internet in the rooms, only in lobby :-( Buffet breakfast very disappointing, couldn't find anything worth eating. Luckily the many starbucks and other coffeeshops downstairs provided a nice alternative (although it adds to the expenses) Location can't be beaten!

Decent hotel for the price but a bit dated. The hotel could only provide us a smoking double or non-smoking twin when we had booked a double and requested non-smoking, (although credit is given for them contacting us with an offer to move to a NS double, the next day). Great location for the Golden Triangle and a good conceirge.

Very pleasant stay in a nicely located hotel at the center of the shopping district. Easy to get around and lots of eating area to check out the food.

Close to shopping district and the monorail. No information available at hotel about tourist attractions. They would organise a taxi to take you anywhere but at a higher price than you could get at a taxi stand in the street which were also a fixed price.

The breakfast was excellent - although more staff would help to reduce the length of the queue. The deluxe rooms were nothing special and I wish I had stayed at the cheaper Nova Hotel because it was in the same location.

the bathroom is not so clean especially the bathtub. the room itself is bright and quite spacious. location good very near to the shopping mall and eat out place.

Staff were not very good at keep enough food in the dishes/plates at the breakfast buffet. Other wise and enjoyable stay. Good price and an excellent location. Would definately stay here again.

Surprisingly good at an affordable price. Room was big (maybe because we took triple sharing), but even with 3 single beds, room was still spacious with walking space. There was a wide spread for breakfast. The only drawback was the extremely long queue for breakfast between 9.30am - 10am (but guess because guests were all late risers). B/F time from 6am-10am. Finally, the location was fantastic, with shopping, food, pubs, massage just beside the hotel.

Very well situated for shopping. We had a nice stay at the hotel. I would however suggest that a weekly / daily event agenda be sent to all residents so as to be aware of what's going on and what is being proposed e.g tours / sights & shopping. More entertainment nightlife at the hotel should be organised

The hotel was quite nice, but I would not put 5 stars on the raiting. Furniture is old and "well-used" in rooms, telephone did not work and was not fixed, although I asked reception about it. Hand shower leaking in bathroom. So yes, if customer expects 5 stars, that is not the hotel for this. Brackfast was good. service friendly but inaqedate.
