If you want uninterrupted sleep, and not kept awake all night by road noise, DO NOT USE THIS HOTEL.!!!! I stayed in "Superior" room number 2316, it was as though the hotel had forgotten to fit any windows. I have "lived" in hotels for the past 40 years, and can now claim to have found the worst hotel room of my entire career. A terrible shame, as every other consideration for this hotel was FIRST CLASS.

This is probably one of the better hotels I've stayed at in Hong Kong. The views of the harbour were amazing, the prices were fair, & the rooms were quite nice.

Great location, fantastic price. Highly recommended.

Rooms are very small. This hotel needs to refurbish its rooms as they are old and out of date, (tiles old and grouting missing and corners filled with silastic), compared to other hotels. Noise levels from the streets are noisy. Rest of hotel is confusing when coming in to book in.

The room my family stayed in was one of the older rooms that were not renovated. The bathroom had areas of scratched off paint and in one of the two rooms my family stayed in the carpet had a musty smell. The remote had to be aimed at a specific angle in order for the television channels to be changed. However, apart from the room, the location is fantastic. There is a mini mall connected to the hotel and inside there are shops, travel agencies, and a food court. It is also located next to where the ferries operate. Also the hotel located at the harbor of Tsim sha Tsui overlooking Hong Kong Island, making it a great place to take a relaxing walk after dinner.

The room is little bit packed but the location is good.

The hotel is very convenient especially coming from the Macau Ferry station to Hongkong which is just below the hotel. The room is quite small no wonder there is no triple sharing. But the location of the hotel is very ideal. It is close to shopping areas, food courts, MTR station, and the ferry station to Central, Hongkong Island. The Kowloon Park is just across the hotel and the clock tower is nearby where there is a laser show every night.

Can get crowded at check in and check out, but overall great location, clean rooms, good deal for Hong Kong.

Hotel room is rather small but clean. Location is good. It's less than 10mins walk to the Tsim Sha Tsui MTR. The shopping centres around the hotel, ie. The Gateway, Harbour City & Ocean Terminal are all linked. It is also very convenient as there's a free airport shuttle bus service. One can take the AEL from airport to Kowloon station and take bus K2 direct to the hotel. Likewise for return trip. The bus will pick you up from the hotel to Kowloon station. The journey to Kowloon station is only about 5 mins. I will probably stay at this hotel again when I visit Hong Kong.

I stayed in a standard room in the Hotel wing. The air conditioning was not working in the first room I got. The 2nd room was on a smoking floor while I requested non-smoking. Since there were no other rooms available I had to wait till the next day to change to a non-smoking room. The air conditioning in the 3rd room was okay. There were no drawers to storing clothes. They provided a drawer approximately 16Wx14Hx20D. A lot of hanging space but only 6 hangers. Needless to say, I kept my clothes in my luggage. I used all the provided towels everyday and not once did housekeeping provide extra. Both rolls of toilet paper were down to 10% and housekeeping still didn't change them. I had to get a roll from their cart.

The hotel location is very convenience. Downstairs is starbucks and pacific coffee house which you can refresh a bit in the morning. Walk along the Canton Road you can find The Hard Rock Cafe. Just 10 mins walk to the star ferry which goes to the other side of Hong Kong. The victoria harbour is just beautiful! Staff are friendly and well-trained. Next time I come to Hong Kong I would definitely stay in The Royal Pacific again!!
