Perfect for those who prefer living by the peaceful coast instead of the bustling city, the Royal Hotel & Leisure Centre is located close to the Bray seafront, about 30 minutes drive from Dublin city centre. The fascinating harbour town of Dun Laoghaire, Wicklow Gaol, Bray Aquarium, Mermaid Centre and Powerscourt House & Gardens are all nearby. Known as one of the largest hotels in County Wicklow, the 3-star hotel offers 130 tastefully decorated and well-equipped bedrooms spread over four floors. In-room amenities include direct-dial telephone, hairdryer, tea/coffee making facilities, TV with in-house movies and bathroom with bathtub/shower. A choice of a la carte and table d'hote menus, carvery lunch and pub grub is available at the hotel restaurant and bar. What are your breakfast options?: We offer a full Irish breakfast at 10.00Euro per person and a continental breakfast at 5.00Euro per person. Breakfast is served in the Heritage Restaurant from 7:30am to 10:00am during midweek and from 7:30am to 10:30am during weekend.
What transport is available to get around?: The available transports that goes to and from Bray to the City Centre are the D.A.R.T. with bus numbers 45, 84 and 145. Aircoach is available 24 hours to and from the Bray Airport (http://www.aircoach.ie/).
What can I do nearby?: We have entertainments on Friday (optional) and Saturday in the Quinns Bar from 9:30pm to 12:00midnight.
Do you have internet?: We have a wireless internet connection in our executive rooms, which is operated by Bitbuzz. The charges are normally from 3.00Euro (20 minutes) to 34.95Euro (5-day access). Guest's credit card is required to use the facility.
