I have been to this luxury hotel twice, and always liked it to be there when I visited KL. Because they have just excellent location where you can walk in Bintang Road. Also it's connection of Star Hill mall (JW Marriott Hotel *****) just walk from inside the hotel. The cleanness and security is the best. Furthermore, KLCC is not far away just few kilometers as well as Manara tower (Telecommunication).

I had a pleasant stay at the Ritz Carlton in KL. The staff members were friendly and very helpful. The rooms were very clean and comfy. And the hotel is located in Bukhit Bintang where all the shopping malls,coffee shops and restaurants are situated. Just a 2 minutes walk and you're there!

The hotel should not be permitted to use the Ritz Carlton name. It has sloppy housekeeping standards, does not provide any extra benefits for executive class rooms such as an executive lounge and the expected free use of the internet in the lounge, afternoon/evening drinks and nibbles. There is nothing to rate this hotel above 4 star level.

It has lived up to its name. This is undoubtedly one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. Service is really great and the newest mall is just steps away.

The service personnel are full of smiles and are very helpful. This is my 2nd stay at Ritz Carlton. My mother went with me the first time, and insisted on staying at the same hotel ths time round. The location is great, with all the shopping places within walking distance, so we could shelter from the rain. This also decrease the hassle of haggling with taxi drivers over the prices. Another good thing with Ritz Carlton, or probably all other hotels, is that the taxi waiting at its lobby are all meter-cabs. Returning is the only time when you need to haggle with the cab-drivers. I would choose this same hotel the next time I visit KL, which is often. (Of course, for its price, I would expect the best in all criteria.)
