What are your breakfast options?

We offer a full cooked American Breakfast for AUD$36.00 per person and a Continental breakfast for $28.00 per person as well as our a la carte breakfast menu. Breakfast is served from 6:00 am to 10:00 am.

What transport is available to get around?

For access to the city and surrounds we are located near the red CAT bus line, a free bus that runs in a circular route into Perth City and back. The nearest CAT bus stop is located less than a 5 minute walk away. We are also a 15 minute walk from the Fremantle train line which runs along from Fremantle, to access the Fremantle markets and harbour area, to the City. This train line also includes a stop in Cottesloe and it is a short walk from the train into the popular Cottesloe beach area.

What can I do nearby?

Our hotel features our glamorous Opus Restaurant for in-house dining, as well as the urban day spa called ‘The Spa at The Richardson’. We are located between the trendy Subiaco district which features a variety of popular shops, boutiques, fine dining restaurants and bars, and the Perth city centre. We are also located very close to Kings Park and Botanical Gardens which is a short walk from the hotel.

We provide a complimentary high-speed internet access available in all our rooms and suites currently through data cable. We also have complimentary Wi-Fi access in all public areas such as our lobby and Residents Lounge.

Do you provide parking?

We have self-parking for $20.00 per vehicle per day, subject to availability. There is also metered street parking in front of the hotel. Street parking is free on weekends.
