The hotel and the staff were great, very helpful and friendly, unfortunately we had varied weather but you can`t order that. The position on the beach by the lagoon was terrific and easy car or bus ride to town.

When we arrived, they had no record of our Travel agency reservation for the first night. They gave us a room anyway, but seemed to indicate that they were doing us a favor because they thought we were a day early, even though I had a confirmation email for the first night. Once in the room it was nothing special. The bed was huge and comfortable, but the rest of the room was average. They had several movies on that rotated each day, so that was nice. There were some small bugs in the bathroom, and they kept a can of Raid under the sink there. The location was good for the beach and snorkeling, but lousy for doing ANYTHING outside the resort. There were no other places to eat or shop unless you had a car, moped, or took the bus. This was a bit of a problem for us because with the exception of the themed nights (Island Nights, etc.), the food was terrible and overpriced. Even worse though, was the completely indifferent service. I am not exaggerating when I say that our waiters/waitresses would completely disappear for up to a half hour or more, and we would just sit there, waiting. The worst experience of the bunch was where we finished eating, stacked our dishes near the edge of the table, and waited for one hour (we timed it) to see when the waitress would come back. We both wanted a water refill, but she never came by. I walked to the bar, and then she saw me, came by and said she'd get it. 15 minutes after that, we had water. On the birght side, the activities hut had plenty to do, and there were some good options. We likely will not stay here again.

The hotel has lagoon with awesome marine life. Snorkelling there is fantastic. The food in the restaurant is fresh and delicious, a good choice of drinks in the bar. Island Nights (dance show) is very worth to see. Our room was ok, but not the best, coz located somewhere in the backyard. The territory is nice, full of flowers and various greenery. The hotel run a lot of activities during the day like walking tours, fish feeding or hats making.
