The President Hotel - Miami Beach

The President Hotel with its rich history and Art Deco charm, designed by L. Murray Dixon, is a beautiful, non smoking, boutique hotel under Swiss Management. It showcases 1930s classic Art Deco elements ranging from patterned terrazzo floors and framed windows to wrought iron railings. A fourth floor with Penthouse Rooms was added during a recent renovation by a French designer.

The hotel is located within the Art Deco District of South Beach, only one block away from the beautiful sandy beach and just a few steps from Lincoln road or the area's popular shops, clubs, and restaurants. Aside from being spacious and comfortable, the hotel's 64 crisp and modern rooms are an aesthetic treat, each with an attractive green and white color scheme. Each room has one wall completely covered with a picture portraying green elements of nature. Tile flooring and high-thread-count linens can be found in each room, as well as Czechoslovakian crystal chandeliers that add a touch of elegance.

Hotel offers 24 Hour front desk, international staff, Bellman, Spaghetti Bar and Restaurant Italian Cuisine, homemade pasta dishes, Presidential cocktails and more. Valet parking available $30.00.

All rooms were renovated in 2008 and are equipped with amazing amenities such as flat-screen TVs, in-room safes, small refrigerators and independent AC units. Complementary WiFi, private bathrrom with shower, dock radio, Iron/Ironing board and hairdryer.

The hotel also offers a nice relaxing patio with a refreshing wade pool as well as access to the sister property, the Penguin Hotel (located directly behind the President Hotel), where the guests can enjoy breakfast and lunch at the restaurant located in the lobby.
There is a daily resort fee of $15.00 per room per day payable to the hotel at checkout. This includes continental breakfast for two, 2 happy hour drink coupons, free local phone calls, complimentary beach towels in guest room, complimentary WiFi. Rates are based on double occupancy. Charges for extra adults may apply and will be due directly to the hotel. Please be advised that the President Hotel charges a $15.00 + 13% tax per night per room resort fee at check in. This fee includes: Continental Breakfast Buffet 8:00am to 10:30am, 2 Happy Hour Drink Coupons 5:00pm to 7:00pm, Beach Towels and Chairs, Free Local Calls, Free WiFi, 2 Eco Friendly Bottles of Water and use of in-room safe. Please note that a $50.00 per room, per night (Max $500.00) security deposit will be taken by the hotel in the form of cash or credit at check-in. This deposit will be refunded upon check out. Please note the minimum check in age is 18. Guests under 18 will not be permitted to check in unless accompanied by parent and/or guardian for the entire stay.
