An evening at the Grouse Mountain Grill will not fade from memory very quickly. The restaurant is always featured during the Beaver Creek Culinary Festival and has been recognized as one of the best in the region by the exclusive Zagat survey for several years. Elegant cuts of game, beef, fish and fowl prepared in his signature rustic style are the specialty of executive chef Rick Kangas, who is well-known for his high quality meat and produce, a notable wine list (called "outstanding" by Wine Spectator since 1996) and creative menus. With windows over looking the valley and a comfortable dinner room available for private dinners, this restaurant is not to be missed.
