I would like to say that the hotel is really nice, though the room is quite small. For 3 reasons I think it to be nice - first, the laundry bag/shoe bag/umbrella/soap are very delicate - detail show taste; second, the breakfast was very delicious and of variety; third, the room attendants were fabulous, they are very very professional and paid attention to details.

My wife & I stayed 7 days at the Peninsula Plaza last October. The hotel is definitely a 6 Star Hotel. The food and service was second to none. I have made reservation for October of 2007 and have invited 15 of our close friends. I have stayed at other hotels in Beijing and none compares with the Peninsula Plaza. The rooms are very comfortable; the 48? LCD TV was great.

The hotel was great, except that the rooms were TINY!!! We had 2 adjoining rooms which was nice, but even with that, it was extraordinarily cramped. Breakfast were amazing!!

The hotel has a fantastic staff that caters to your every need. By far the best hotel I've ever stayed in. Many English TV channels (a bonus for a weary traveler), great room, good quality all around, at a value hard to beat!
