It is rated as 4 stars hotel but it disappointed me greatly. It definitely a 2 stars hotel. The lift spoilt frequently, room is small and worn out, toilet smells, expensive internet fee, no in room WI-FI, air con not working, bad, smell, and non-air coned corridor, weird rules as no outside food allowed to bring up the room including McDonald, but cafeteria close at around 12am, and nothing to eat. Basically, we just hope to move out asap. Another thing, the bedsheet /cover looks yellowish and worn-out too. So is this 4 stars? The pictures shown also not as expected, and is misleading.

The standard room is quite small(a bit used/ hot water needs to wait for 2-3 minutes), Next door to it is 7-eleven, A short walk to a nearby Casino Filipino, London Underground Pub, Blog Internet Cafe (590 PHP/hour), Lau Chan restaurant (110 PHP for a set meal, East Internet Cafe (380 PHP/hour)

A well located relatively clean and comfortable hotel. Buffet breakfast was good. In terms of value for money the hotel is hard to beat, but don't expect perfection - the sink may well have a chip in it!

Pearl Manila is not a bad place to stay. They are very pedantic about there guest which is good. But the bottom line it is a cleaned place. If your looking for a bed to sleep and breakfast in the morning its a right place and well, they only catch is the prices went up.

This Hotel Is Fantastic for staying Downtown Manila it's in the center of it all. Lots of Close by shopping. Embassy's just few Blocks away. The 2 main Police Head qtrs are just a block away safe place to stay. MTR just on corner. Hospital across the street. Staff is great. Rooms could use a little updateing but there Clean. Great gym & pool. Buffett is Fantastic!!! I highly recommend staying here.

Recent exchange rate movements have made this hotel expensive compared with 6 months ago. Economies have been made to the breakfast menu. There appears to have been been complete changeover of staff compared to previous visits. It always pleasant to receive a personal greeting from "RJ" who remembers our names. However, this remains a fair value, good quality hotel. I recommend it to any leisure or business traveller.

Good location. UN Avenue LRT station is practically at the doorstep, also jeepneys to Divisoria. You can walk to Rizal Park and Robinson's mall. Intramuros is a quick (and cheap) trishaw ride away. McDonalds and Jollibee are just next door. The beds are comfy, rooms are clean, shower works. All good. :)

The General Manager and his staff are always willing to provide assistance. All you have to do is ask them.

Best place to stay where it's closed to public transportation. The price is also reasonable. The only problem is to wait for the lift.

For the money, this Hotel is a great bargain. The rooms are average sized and clean. The Gym is first rate & well equipped. The buffet Breakfast is not fancy but it is tasty & enjoyable. I will stay here again.

The hotel is located in the busy streets of Manila which is good/bad depending on the person who will be staying and for what purpose he/she will be staying for. We enjoyed our stay in the hotel. Their swimming pool was working and clean and their gym was complete with everything you will need for working out. The service was good. It is not excellent but it's not bad either. The staff were very helpful if you asked for help although they will not go the extra mile to please you. I have to comment though that their elevator operators were very pleasant. The breakfast buffet was good but i've had better. I found the omelet to be really good even though the one who cooks it looked like he hated what he was doing... haha.. Overall, the hotel is a good place to stay especially if you're in a budget.. :)

takes a long time for check-out which was also the comments of previous guests. i also had to wait for my check-in since they have to verify information regarding my internet booking which i believed should be take care off ahead of time since i booked 3 months ago. average rooms but nothing very bad that would make me leave immediately. just keep up the good work at the same time find space for improvement.
