The Park Lane is a perfectly nice hotel- good service, spacious rooms, efficient staff. Problem is location- the surrounding area, though safe, is completely devoid of charm and interest. It's a long, long walk to anything you'd want to do or see.

Warm and great service. Loved the rooms which were modern and roomy. Location was less than desirable though.

The hotel appears a bit rundown and requires some refurbishing. I see a stagnation over the years.

I have stayed here more than once, the rooms are good and spacious; bathroom is very very spacious. But i think a little warmth from the staff would do it good. The room service person was rude. and the complimentary drinking water seems to be the most precious asset in the hotel! anyways, hope the next time it would be better (if there is any next time ie) as the property is very good otherwise.
