Close to conference I attended. Lobby dark and small. For the budget traveler, this hotel would work - if you're willing to forgo comfort. Safe, but not inviting.

The personnel are wonderful and very helpful. Nothing. The hotel is centrally located in downtown Baltimore. Getting to other places from there is quite easy. The suites are very roomy and well equipped. The valet parking is a must for the location of the hotel. I would definitely stay there in the future.

Helpfull staff. Continental breakfast. Great price, close to what we wanted to see in the city, great staff, very clean. Super satisfied, even though the free breakfast was lousy.

Good downtown location. Parking wasvery difficult. Nice place, especially the people. Large comfortable and nicely decorated room.

Location and not easy to find on a one way street.

The room was large and we had a separate lounge and full kitchen. It was a bit of a challenge to find.

Spacious and clean rooms. Hot water was inconsistent. Nothing extraordinary, but we were pleasantly surprised by the facilities after reading the other reviews. If you're looking for a safe, clean, convenient hotel, this is perfect.

Spacious comfortable room. Parking was expensive. Nice yet older hotel, friendly staff, only fair continental breakfast, convenient location, had small kitchen which was great and was located very near a grocery store so we were able to have good food and left overs from meals we ate out.

The kitchen and it was quiet. Room could have been cleaner and staff could have friendlier. Abit like havingappartment in the city. Not to far from the convention center with a nice grocery store across the street. Service was a bit lacking but acceptable.

Location, street parking, in room kitchen, staff, breakfast. Took a couple of days to figure out how to get hot water. Great in-city small hotel with full kitchens in rooms, some on-street parking; good walking, near fresh market, wine store, good ethnic restaurants; less than half mile from convention center and inner harbor. Not fancy, but very pleasant.

Cheap andadequate. Time machine back to the fifties. Hotel is likely 6 miles from the convention center and power plant but is certainly close enough to avoid a cab and enjoy a brisk walk. I was descended upon by a staff of three at the bar in the evening in a friendly, but erie manner since there were no customers. I looked on the wall at the faded pictures and signatures of several "D" list celebrities, giving me the impression that this hotel had seen its day in the fifties and sixties. Faucet handle leaked in the kitchen, maids turned heat all the way up on thermostat and put a wet bar of soap on top of my loose pills on the bathroom sink. Other than those minor indiscretions (don't mess with the thermostat!), everything was fine.

The staff was friendly. Almost everything. Despite the pleasant staff. The hotel was terrible. Our mattress smelled like urine. the whole climate of the hotel was old and run down. We paid $20 a night for parking that wasn't even secure. In fact two car were burglarized. We were fortunate not to be affected. Imagine this type of 2.5 star hotel with a six week old baby.

Great location, friendly staff. It is an old hotel that is in need of some refurbishment. The walls are thin and the floors are creaky. The staff was very nice and helpful, but the hotel is in bad shape.

The size of the rooms andthe kitchen. Hot water was not plentiful. The hotel is in a good location, they offer free shuttle service to most anywhere in the city, and the staff is extremely friendly.

The hotel and the room were clean . We paid 30$ for a parking.

Good for the money than expected. Only complaint was water pressure in the shower. Staff was outstanding, the quality of the room wasmuch higher than I expected for the price.

NA Hot water to me is as improtant an element as anything due to a medicalI need hot water to sit in. NICE OLD PLACE. RENOVATIONS GOING ON. THEY LET ME USE ANOTHER BATHROOM BUT WHAT I NEEDED WAS MY OWN TO TAKE MY TIME. DISAPOINTED TO SAY THE LEAST.

Nothing. Billed on credit card for services not performed. Very poor service.

The lobby was very neat and clean. The hotel host were friendly and polite. The room wasn't attractive. It was old looking, like an old apartment. MyTV remote was broken. The dining was nice. The curtains and bed covers were old and worn. Again, the lobby was very clean. The carpet had somewhat of a stale odor.

Huge room! The hotel was very difficult to get to, one way and contruction.
