Lovley food, beautiful room, will go back to stay at the Ralph Lauren Rooms next time!! Perfect location. Be careful when booking through late rooms as the prices are different for the amount of people booked... I booked a double room I but had accidentaly only booked for one person staying, as the rates are not the same for sole occupany/ shared (even though it was a double room!) I had to pay the difference on checking out.

The original room we were shown turned out to have an odd odour. When we complained to the front desk, we were immediately changed to another room. The glass of champagne accompanying the breakfast is a nice touch, and it's even nicer if you can get to have breakfast in the outdoors courtyard. Food was good, just not great. Fantastic service in a nice quiet hotel.

We read in a Travel Guide that The Pandhotel had been selected as 1 of the TOP 101 best hotels in the world. The hotel is beautifully decorated and situated in the old part of town. The staff was very friendly and went out of their way to make our stay very comfortable. Our room, the Damask Jr Suite was a lovely, spacious room and the four-poster bed was very comfortable, crisp white linen and everything was absolutely spotless. The full waiter service breakfast is a must! We would recommend this hotel to everybody who enjoys luxury and good service.
