goodGood clean accomodation. Comfortable bed. Needs a long mirror on a door of one of the wardrobes. Very secure and great to have a place for a car.Customer service excellent.

Very nice and comfortable apartmentsThe apartments at Sidney Lodge (now known as The Palisades) are very neat and comfortable, though a bit too small. But then, for the price they are offered at, I think its good value for money. The service is really good and all my queries were answered promptly.

Have stayed in quite a few appts now in Cheltenham have to say this was the most basic out of all of them. It just lacked character. Suggestion would be to put soap in the bathroom also. Have to comment on the brilliant custimer service we received when our hot water did not work. Brilliant!!!!!

The addition of a proper shower would improve this property massively, there would be problems if more than one person staying in this 2 bedroom property waiting for hot water ( I imagine) there is a shower head so all that is needed is a curtain and shwoer head holder to be installed

Lovely apartments in a great location. I would definitely use them again. Although there were no staff present at the venue, all contact with them prior to arrival (with regards to accessing the property etc.) were excellent and very clear.

Excellent location for racecourse, 20 min walk or 5min taxi. Walking distance to town centre.

Wireless broadband or any other form of internet connection would be good as I couldn't recieve any signal through my broadband dongle, my DAB radio wouldn't pick up any signal either . It must be the construction of the building, possibly steel and concrete. That said it was clean tidy and well presented. Hot water for the bath seemed limited. Ideal for a family stay

The Apartment was absolutely amazing and it was an easy walk into the Centre of Town. very clean, comfortable and spacious. It exceeded all expectations. I am really impressed by the company i booked with and will definitely recommend the Palisades to anyone. I plan to come back with friends asap
