Excellent quite retreatThe Old Stables was recommended to me by a friend as we stay in MK a lot on business. The owners are very friendly and helpful (including the kids) and make you very welcome. The location is great and very quite and peacful which makes a difference from most corporate hotels I stay at. The rooms are clean and to a good standard and the free WIFI is very welcome. The breakfast is very good with a nice range of cereals and cooked items.I look forward to staying in the future

Fully satisfied, excellent accommodation and very friendly welcomeThank you very much for a very enjoyable stay at the old Stables Milton Keynes. We have enjoyed every moment spent there and very much appreciated your friendly welcome. The rooms were very clean and pleasant, the place is very well located in the country with pretty view, but also very close to Bletchley and Milton Keynes. We will certainly come again when we return to England to visit our family who lives nearby. Many Thanks to Julie and Richard.

Old Stables reviewVery relaxed and friendly owners, great breakfast and service. The bedroom was perfectly adequate and very clean. The only improvement would be the addition of a hairdryer. The location is a little off the road, but the views and the peace & quiet are a real antidote to the hurly burly of life.

A little difficult to find in the dark, but nice clean room and a good breakfast. Location would be really nice in the summer. Very quiet when I was there, didn't see much of the people running the place but those I did see seemed pleasant and helpful. Good value for money.

The Old Stables was very suprising. The room was small, but very clean. The bathroom was tiny! The guest lounge was great, but in darkness and not very well utilised,Should be noted that there is no bar or evening meals available, so it means a car journey into the nearby village for dinner, where there are a choice of restaurants. Also, check in is not until 5pm.

Excellent idea to have microwave and fridge for guests to use and cook meal. Very freindly and helpful service. Great to have free WI fiWas a little disappointed with room and bathroom given that it sold itself as executive rooms and given the price of £47.50 per person per night - no desk/dressing table and mirror placed in inaccesible place to use.

Clean, friendly and nice quiet location. Good position for Woburn and Woburn Sands. As eating is out there's a really good restaurant at The Swan in Woburn Sands.
