What are your breakfast options?: Breakfast is included in our bedroom tariff; we have a small intimate dining room so we only occasionally accept none resident breakfast diners; that being the case we charge £12.25 for full english breakfast. Breakfast times are: Monday to Friday mornings 7:00am to 9:30am, Saturday 8:00am to 9:30am, Sundays 8:00am to 9:45am.ent licence.
What can I do nearby?: The City centre is just 2½ miles away. We are in a quiet residential/river valley setting; the river is 500 yards away where there is a pleasant river and lake/marsh walk.
Do you have internet?: We include wi-fi for our business guests and charge a flat price of £5 for other guests.
What transport is available to get around?: There is a regular bus service (every 15 minutes during the daytime Monday - Saturday, hourly evenings and Sundays) from just outside the hotel into the city centre for shops, market, theatres, cultural and historic buildings. Norwich airport is about five miles away, a taxi is the best way to get here (about 15 – 20 minutes journey). Hertz, Avis & Europcar have car hire desks at the airport. For the beach, there are trains to Gt Yarmouth, Lowestoft, Cromer & Sheringham from Norwich station, journey time between 30 – 45 minutes approx. There are also trains to Cambridge (hourly) and London (half-hourly).
