Each very large thatched luxury pavillion features wooden slatted ceilings, a four-poster bed and sunken marble tub. All rooms are decorated in natural tones and are in excellent condition. This resort lies along the Baie aux Tortues (Turtle Bay) on the northwest coast of Mauritius. It is situated amongst 20 acres of tropical gardens and along a 600 metre stretch of white sand beach. It is well-situated between the lively village of Grand Baie and the capital city of Port Louis. The restaurant serves an eclectic menu combining Oriental, Creole and International cuisine under a raised palm-thatched ceiling with panoramic views of the Indian Ocean. Palm-thatched roofs and pale tones combine with lush gardens to create a truly tropical setting. The villas and pavillions are housed in various buildings dotted around the 20 acre resort. Overlooking the beach, guests can relax at the resort's infinity pool. The large lobby is decorated with a unique blend of thatch, stone and wood and offers ample seating areas.
