There was never enough towels left as we were a family of 4 they left 2 of everthing and we had to call down every day for more. The rooms got cleaned at all different times of the day I even had to call down twice at 6 p.m. to see if they were even getting cleaned. As far as the kitchen goes, yes it does come with a fridge and stove, some silverware, 1 small frying pan there were no pots, no oven mitts, no dish cloths nor dish towels. I went out and purchased my own dish soap and pans for the oven and my own mitts. When you fly to a hotel these to me are not items that one needs to bring in their own luggage. As I said before the rooms were small for a family and as far as the bathroom, the tub was all stained and the counter was old. The staff were quite nice except for the 1 gentleman at the front desk on 1 occassion that I needed to get quarters for the washing machine and he was very abrupt telling me that the hotel didn't have quarters and when I ask him where I could get some (I needed 4) he said that he didn't know and for me to wait until the next day and go to a bank. This is the first trip that I have taken with your company that I got flight, hotel and car together and I think that I will be a little more cautious the next trip.

the casablanca condo/hotel was the worst experience i have ever had in my entire life seriously! i have traveled to many places and it was never this bad our 1st room smelled like there was 100 people smoking in our room before we got there. i went back to the front desk to change our room, the front desk assistant then gave us a romm that had holes in the ceilings actually two on the ceiling and one on the corner of our wall. our beds felt like kids had jumped on it billions of times and were so squeaky that it sounded like mice were in our room, in the entrance of the room there was a huge patch of green mold on the wall.....to make my oh so long weekend longer at the time of check out the wonderful experienced valet parking had parked another car on top of my rentql cars bumper! this hotel was the most horrible experience ever & i literally feel like i gave away my money to the hotel.

you had a very nice staff but the hotel is dirty and run down I didn't see these so called renovations and there was no prior notice to me about the outrageous daily fee to park the car. Also the mandatory fee for the safe which was advertised as "part of the deal" they charged a daily fee for that & we didn't even use it. The Kitchen was run down & the equipment was very dirty the carpet was very dirty I won't stay there again. when we 1st arrived they gave us beach keys from pool to beach & we got locked out good thing I had cell phone it took 45 min to get someone to let us in. very dangerous!!!

This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. It was dark, dingy, unclean, and the bed was hard as a rock and supported by phone books. You could hear noises all night. I wanted to go home. The front desk staff, hotel location, pool and view were all exceptionally good.

The door on our room didn't close right and made me feel real uncomfortable. The desk clerk didn't explain the pool towel exchange program to us and we had no problems until the third day when the clerk on duty didn't want to give us new ones without a coupon (never were given any to begin with). Other people were eating and drinking at the pool but when we did the security guard said its not aloud (again not until our third day there). No wash cloths, did you ever shower with a hand towel before? The restaurant food was excellent except for the bread basket ( a sliced up hot dog bun), And over priced for the portion size.

I am very flexible - not picky. This one was not clean. I couldn't wait to get back home. The room was very old and walls were paper thin. EVERY night we were awaken to partiers coming home and screaming in the next room 1-3am or running around the halls. Every night! Did not want to walk around room with out shoes... valet parkers were very rude upon arrival -we told the manager and she was a gem- she took care of our parking for the week. I would not go back- but cudos to the manager and registration- they were very good

loved the beach access and room size along with stove ,refrig, sink ,and microwave.. halls need painted and better lighting, and new room doors. 1st floor mens room had odd odor, needs a better fragrance other than that it was great.

Would not come back ever. The front desk was no help at all. They could not locate my reservations, The room had no carpet on the floor, hardly anyone spoke English. Do not go here.
