When its renovated it will be a very impressive hotel. At the moment its more like the Old Casablanca than New.Bathroom had rusty door hinges and paint on carpet from skirting board.Very good pool area and excellent location by beach.Pity Miami Beach is such a nightmare for parking.Hotel with beach access essential for a beach holiday here.

the casablanca condo/hotel was the worst experience i have ever had in my entire life seriously! i have traveled to many places and it was never this bad our 1st room smelled like there was 100 people smoking in our room before we got there. i went back to the front desk to change our room, the front desk assistant then gave us a romm that had holes in the ceilings actually two on the ceiling and one on the corner of our wall. our beds felt like kids had jumped on it billions of times and were so squeaky that it sounded like mice were in our room, in the entrance of the room there was a huge patch of green mold on the wall.....to make my oh so long weekend longer at the time of check out the wonderful experienced valet parking had parked another car on top of my rentql cars bumper! The New Casablanca On The Ocean Hotel Miami Beach was the most horrible experience ever & i literally feel like i gave away my money to the hotel.

after staying in usa for 2wks this was our last 1nt stay on 11/01/07 I had 2 rooms & the shower did not work in one. This was reported but not repaired. Even though the door was treble locked the cleaner tried to force entry at 08.00hrs. All this was reported to Ms.Jasmin Herazo the 'Front Office Manager' but despite a promise to tel. or e-mail me, I have not had a reply. Venere.com will not help as they state it is MY gripe with the hotel!!!

This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. It was dark, dingy, unclean, and the bed was hard as a rock and supported by phone books. You could hear noises all night. I wanted to go home. The front desk staff, hotel location, pool and view were all exceptionally good.

I am very flexible - not picky. This one was not clean. I couldn't wait to get back home. The room was very old and walls were paper thin. EVERY night we were awaken to partiers coming home and screaming in the next room 1-3am or running around the halls. Every night! Did not want to walk around room with out shoes... valet parkers were very rude upon arrival -we told the manager and she was a gem- she took care of our parking for the week. I would not go back- but cudos to the manager and registration- they were very good

Would not come back ever. The front desk was no help at all. They could not locate my reservations, The room had no carpet on the floor, hardly anyone spoke English. Do not go here.
