Very great size room which took 5 people as other places only 4. The value for money was excellent, we paid for two days 110 BP. The french lady was very helpful and lovely. We had every day fresh homemade cake to enjoy with our coffee and some games to play with our children in the room. The beds was comfy and the breakfast delicious, a lot of vegetarian dishes and nice buffet. I would recommend those french pancake with apple!!! Yummy!!! An other positive thing was the location of the guest house: 10 from Arthur Seat and very closed to princess street. We had a pleasant stay and edinburgh is a lovely city. Thank you !!

The breakfast was easily the worse we have ever had. We had to wait 40 minutes in the first place only to discover that, not only was it vegetarian which we had no notification of, it was dreadful!! I could not eat it and my husband was so hungry he at least tried to eat his. I even had a hair on my plate. Disgusting!
