Some staff had very bad English and some had a poor attitude to customer relations. My card had to be swiped to enable 'credits' 3 times. This caused inconvenience and embarrassment at the bar when paying for drinks. The location of the hotel is near a very busy road in possibly the most pedestrian-unfriendly areas I have ever experienced. The room itself was very nice and furnished to a good standard and very clean. Facilities in the room were very good although the iron had not been cleaned and upon use of steam, put lime scale on clothes. Room service prices were through the roof and sandwiches ordered did not come as advertised (with salad garnish). Wakeup call request was not fulfilled. Good job I always set my own (phone) alarm regardless - hint: don't rely on others to wake you up!

Excellent value. The staff including reception and consierge were as good as anywhere and far better than anything you would get in the UK these days.

Hotel is very nice. In a good location as Luas is only a five minute walk from the hotel. Rooms are very spacious and clean. Joels Restaurant beside hotel is excellent value for money and great choice of food

Arrived early morning & was greeted and in my room with all questions answered in 15 mins; including a freshly made cup of coffee!! Not a bad start. Mix up with booking, no quibbles; upgrade and good night. Very smooth. If only you were amongst trees instead of concrete....alas. Will return & recommend.

| Brand new hotel, across the road from the Park and Ride Red Cow Luas stop. Really handy if you have to go into the city on business but don't want the hassle of trying to get back out at rush hour. Luas takes 20 minutes from Red Cow to Abbey Street.
ONly one niggle, there's a map showing where the hotel is, but the easiest directions would be to tell people to turn left between Joel's and the Esso station, as if going into Joel's, it's quite a landmark building. |

The hotel exceeded my standard. The interaction with the staff was great, specially the reception people (Silvina and others). An excellent relationship between price and services offered. Although perhaps is far from downtown, the hotel has a shuttle to reach the LUAS. I would come back indeed!

Lovely hotel and excellent staff but location VERY poor. It is in the middle of a motorway and at least 15mins walk to the nearest tram (alongside the motorway) which is then 20mins to town. Its a great shame, but I think this is more suited to conferences than guests wishing to explore dublin.

Stayed here in November aswell and I really like this hotel. One thing though is that they told me in November that the leisure centre would be open in Decemeber, they told me a week ago it would be end of March. Thats disappointing. Otherwise would highly recommend and have recommended this hotel.

New hotel - very impressed with staff, decor and food. Excellent value. Location good for travel (on the Naas Road) but certainly not scenic! Access to/from the Nass Road can be a little tricky for the first time visitor. Recommended.
