We loved The London New York! The rooms were very spacious and very clean. We were just a few blocks from Times Square and one block from Carnegie Hall. The concierge staff was totally awesome and always helpful in recommending restaurants and things to do. They also provide a house driver to get you where you need to go. We did not eat at the hotel though; menu was a little too exotic for our kids. Although I would have loved to try one of Gorgon Ramsey's creations. The London New York is definitely worth the price!

Great location, great suite, very nice check-in staff and concierge. Came back from a dinner and late show to a frigid 54 deg F room in late May. Not very conducive to a romantic weekend. Called Front Desk staff to inform, yet still no heat 30 minutes later at 1:30am. The AC, however, was working great. Awoke to a balmy 64 deg room, and still no heat from heater or the Misses. We were provided with pleasant but impotent apologies from the front desk the next morning--after all, it wasn't their fault. An apology from the hotel manager would have been more appropriate. Very disappointed in a 500 a night room. Maybe I should have paid more.

Great hotel, excellent staff - very welcoming and polite. Huge rooms (there are many types though) We got the iHome with two LCD TV's, a full living room (couch, desk, easy chair), iPod compatible clock/stereo, king sized bed with the softest sheets I've ever had in a hotel, and a unique shower setup. They brought up some non-down pillows at 1130pm, and in the morning after-checkout we checked out bags for the afternoon in the city. The hotel bar is a must as well- great atmosphere.

The room/suite was nicely furnished, very comfortable bed, beautiful bathroom & great linens. It was quiet yet right in the middle of everything.
