Very nice place to stay.We had a great stay in the Lombard. 15 min walk from the bus station or into the city centre. The room was stylish, spacious, clean, king size bed, large shower and tea/coffee facility. We'd read noise was a problem as it is on a busy road but we didn't hear much and our room was on the main road. During the day the road is very busy but at night it was quiet. The staff in the bar/restaurant downstairs who look after the hotel were friendly and very helpful. Though we thought the price expensive it is comparable with other hotels in Dublin which is an expensive city. Breakfast was available as an extra at the restaurant downstairs which was usually busy and seemed to be good though we didn't eat there. Definitely a nice place to stay.

Lombard TownhouseRooms are decent but a little dusty which indicated to me that they are not used that often (or the cleaners are not very diligent). Customer service could be better as when I called to ask the best place to park for the hotel I was told that the person I was speaking too doesn't drive so has no idea. I asked if anyone there could and was told to look for signs!! Another point to mention if you are travelling on business is that breakfast starts at 9:00am! Not great if you need to get moving in the morning.In summary, the rooms are equipped with good quality fixtures and fittings generally and also has free WI-FI which was a great bonus.
