Friendly service from staffs, clean room, near train station. Value for money. Highly recommended.

The staff at the reception did not speak English. Malesian customer had to translate my speech. We have stayed two times in this hotel and in both occasions reception had difficulties performing their duties. (rated four stars !)

Beautiful hotel, excellent value for money, we were suprisingly upgraded and were able to take advantage of and enjoy the extras that came with the upgrade. I would definitely rate this hotel as a must stay in KL.

Good reception and concierge staff with warm and friendly welcome. Hotel does not have a travel desk therefore I missed some excursions which will now oblize me to return to this town. Bar staff was not trained neither experienced. Will return to this hotel since it is situated next to big shopping mall with all the facilities. Thank you.

The Legend was a premier hotel after it opened several years ago, but the quality of the rooms has now diminished considerably even though they are of a reasonable size. The in-room internet connection did not work and no one responded to the problem despite two calls to housekeeping. They offered a 10% discount for the oversight. You also need to get a special cable from the business centre to connect to the socket. The gym is well equipped and large enough, and the swimming pool is well maintained. The breakfast buffet is a large spread and more than adequate.

there are no bathrobes and slippers provided. they dont have minibar also inside the refrigerator. have to go out to buy something. no near convenience store. but the hotel is very near to the mrt which is good.

We stayed in the Crest Room which was quite impressive. Nice, big and newly renovated. Ate twice at the Chinese restaurant cos there was a 30% disount and the food was good. The mall next door is not a high-end mall but there are cheap and massages if you need to relax. Location-wise, it is out of the main shopping areas and you will need to take the subway or taxi. But transportation is cheap anyway so it's a small problem. We will consider staying there again.

The hotel is conveniently located near the PWTC LRT. The spa and swimming pool were great. It's abit inconvenient having to take two separate lifts to our rooms.

I agree with an earlier review by a member that The Legend should stop calling itself a 5-Star hotel. While the room is spacious, the bathroom is a huge letdown. The bathtub looked old and dirty; the teacups were old and badly stained. The counter staff must have been so busy that they forgot to 'wear' a smile for weary travellers. The staff at Atas Brasserie were different. They were attentive and helpful. My party of 10 stayed in 4 rooms but we will not be using The Legend again for our next KL trip.

We like the hotel, the staff were polite and courteous and helpful. Since we like it so much that on our way back to Australia, we made another stop in K.L and stayed at the Legend Hotel. Only one point to make is that we requested to extend our check out time by 2 hours from the normal time but it was declined by staff, saying they had to prepare the room for the next guest.

It's an ok hotel, very close to the shopping centre and a very good buffet breakfast. The furnishings are quite outdated with an apparatus on the wall that was broken and hanging off.
