What are your breakfast options?: We serve a choice of all aspects of an English breakfast plus continental and scrambled egg and smoked salmon plus vegetarian options.

Breakfast is served Monday-Friday from 8:30am to 9:15am and Saturday-Sunday 8:30am to 9:30am. Earlier breakfasts can be requested.
What transport is available to get around?: The train station is a 5 minute taxi ride and we have a bus stop right outside going to Brighton one way and Hastings etc.
What can I do nearby?: All rooms have TV/DVDs with a DVD library and Sky available in our guest lounge. We are close to The Redoubt Fortress, right on the seafront, within walking distance of the pier and within easy reach of Sovereign Harbour.
Do you have internet?: Yes, we have free internet access in our rooms (subject to signal strength).
Do you provide parking?: There is plenty of free on street parking right by the Guest House.
