I must first comend the wonderful friendly and courteous staff of the Knutsford Court Hotel. They made me feel welcome and at home while i stayed at your resort. The hotel grounds are well kept and the beauty of the hotels decor is a work of art. The food i must say, thank you to the chief. I raise all hats to the hands that prepare those tremendous meals. I felt a 100% safe due to proffesional duties carried out by your security officers. They are very polite and informative.Overall i must say, the Knutsford Court Hotel is situated in a wonderful area, thats accessible to any buisness, shopping centre and partying advantage.

The hotel staff was very welcoming and kind they made you feel like family. The fact that I had to pay my own way to and from the airport, but that was not too terrible. The hotel was quiet clean and the staff was very professional, I enjoyed my stay there and would recommend that hotel to anyone.

On May 26th, 2008 reservation was made for 3 rooms for my family, we were attendng my daughter's wedding. We arrived at this hotel 9: 30 a.m. checked in and waited 21/2 hours to get a room the hotel was fully booked due to a conference. The explanation check in is at 3: p.m. It was only when we approached the front desk and requust to speak with the manager that the line of communication started. One of my daughter had a 11 month old baby and a nine year old. The staff gave us the code of silent since they knew the hotel was fully booked. Finally when a room was available at 1: p.m. it was inappropriate two of our rooms were changed that day. However, my son had to wait until the next day to have is room changed. I would never stay at this hotel again in fact 4 years ago we had a death in the family and this was the same situation. The Courtleigh Hotel which is a sister hotel offers excellent service.

The decor was very good. Staff was friendly. Room had poor lights and I could not switch room. Use of internet was expensive $2.00us per 15 minutes. Decor was very good, staff was friendly and helpful. Although the room was clean and smells fresh, the room had poor lighting, and they could not switch the room.

Stayed at this hotel August 16-18th, 2008 with my family the experience was terrible. We had made our reservations for 3 rooms on May 26th, 2008 for a family wedding. Upon arrival at the airport 9:15 a.m. we got transportation and was at our destination by 9;45 a.m. we waited 1/2 hour to have our luggage transported to the lobby. We checked in and was told there is no room available "since we are fully booked" there was a conference by the Jaycees visiting fro most of the Islands. The customer service personal did not offer a drink or asked my daughter with a 10 month and 9 year old if she need any help, so we sat in the lobby for two hours until I spoke up. I would never stay at this hotel since customer service is not on their list of things to do. Our rooms were changed and we had to request a crib for the baby which was mentioned when we made our reservation. The evening manager was loud when we asked for mini refrigrator to store the baby's supply, and was told there was none availabe. I would never, never stay at this place again.

It is located in a good area, where most things are accessible. The bathrooms and rooms have a smell. I think the workers needs proper training on how to clean, to eliminate orders and stale urine smells on a whole. The hotel was made convenient as I attended a wedding reception. At the end I was able to spend the night there, I did not have to rush back, where it would have taken around an hour's ride. The food area was excellent, the choice of food and how it was set up on the dish, was quite enticing, as well as appetizing. the rooms and hallways were quite disappointing, it was not as I expected. those bathrooms needs Clorox to eliminate that stale smell.

I enjoyed my stay(10 days) tremendously, and will be staying there again on my next visit. The restaurant staff as improved a lot (kudos to them), they make you feel very welcome as they remembered us from our last stay as the same with the house keeping staff. The front desk and bell service staff is extremely polite, expecially D. They make you want to come back home again and again. The grounds is beautifuly kept and the security is okay. I have and will keep recommending this hotel to my friends/family. Please keep up the good work.

excelletion location, very quiet and relaxing, good food one problem they need elevators - had a hard time getting to the room and to the Melting Pot (pain in knees). All rooms should have coffe pot - needed especially when one has to take an early flight

I stayed in this hotel for 4 nights in December, 2007. The staff were friendly, there was a construction going on in a nearby street, so it wasn't the best place for quietness. However, the hotel was altogether a good place for the money. I would consider staying again.

DISABLED person, arrived at hotel. No prior information, that hotel had no elevator. i was assigned to second floor, meaning i would have to navigate those steps everyday.I asked for a room on first floor. i was told they had none. When I Insisted, I was told I had to pay more.I refused. I asked for money back, I was refunded money , less one night. also no one offered to take my luggage when I got there. Hotel is lousy. without an elevator, it should be closed.

We went to Jamaica for a funeral and the staff was courteous and pleasant. We were treated like queens. The room was clean, the A/C worked well, the bed was very comfortable. The only complaint we had was, the TV was not clear, the reception was poor. The ironing board did not have enough padding and the iron was not to hot. Overall, I give them 4 smileys. Dane (from the front desk), you were superb!!! The bartender (I forgot his name) was very very pleasant. D. B. and family

I stayed at Knutsford Terrace for 11 days. It's a nice place to stay if you want to get away from the husle and busle of the city. I visited the other hotels in the surrounding area and yes while beautiful reminded too much of New York. The Knusford hotel gave me the opportunity to have some peace of mind and the flexibility to shop and dine. I recommend this hotel to everyone who is visiting Jamaica expecially for the first time. The staff especially my room attendant did a good job and I fealt quite at home. The restaurant help some very helpful and courteous, others.......... Overall the ambiance was delightful. I will be visiting soon. Oh, yes front desk staff great customer service. Keep up the good work a fine hotel.

The location for doing business and visiting family was great. I thought the rooms were clean and well kept, the restaurant good and the bar food even better. Hint live a little, and order the full breakfast, it very good. The staff not extremely friendly, friendly enough and very helpful and efficient . I would stay there again if I needed to be in New Kingston or surrounding areas.

This hotel is really let down by its service, especially within the restaurant and front desk. You will wait an inordinate amount of time to get served in the restaurant by a generally surly server. Actual food was good, but by the time you get it, you're probably past hungry. Room was fine, but had no fridge or coffee making facilities and most of the tv channels were not watchable. Also, the room I was in could not pick up the WiFi and so was stuck with a short LAN cable. Internet access is also extra to the room price. Hotel itself was well presented, however, it is located in an area that I chose not to walk through day or night. All in all, bearable if you want a bare bones stay for a few days, but I much prefer to stay in it's sister hotel - Courtleigh Hotel and Suites.

Not bad for a Hotel in downtown Kingston. The lack of elevator help you lower your dinner when you stayed in the third floor and depart at 6 in the morning.

"The only good thing about this hotel is that basic continental greakfast is included. The front desk staff could use hospitality course. The rooms have cracked tiles , dirty grout and yellow stains on the ceiling. Hotel location is in close proximity to drug area and other seedy elements. Would not recommend walking outside at night. Disappointing stay."

"Room extremly small, not many power outlets, Internet cable at room was too short, restaurant choices were small, breakfast is limited and service is slow, good for the price "

"I heard from an ad that it was a great place to stay while in Kingston, so after staying at the Hilton and Courtleigh I thought I would check it out. From the min I walked in it was bad, the service, the rooms, the dirty pool etc."
