Did not like our stay at your Hotel The Bar staff overcharged us and I over heard other people saying the same and when we approached them about it we were nearly put out until they realised we were residents. On our second night the same Barmen got a fellow who was drunk but not causing any hassle and used frightfull force on him and just landed him on the street, I just hope he wasn't injured by a passing car.This man would have walked out if he had not been handled so rough by these young Men. Two girls from Dublin out smoking said you wouldn't see the like in Dublin. Girls on Reception were nice.

Kilford Arms Hotel in Kilkenny was great! The staff is very polite and helpful, i would definitely stay there again! I loved every minute of it staying there.
