I was in Milwaukee on a business trip and stayed at the Iron Horse. I was very impressed. Modern recently converted warehouse with a very friendly staff. Nice bar served food and drinks late and the library was a nice sunny place to read, work, and have breakfast. Would definitely stay there again! It is kind of isolated in the warehouse district so there isn't much around... yet.

We enjoyed our stay at the Iron Horse. It was my first time staying at this hotel and staying in Milwaukee. The room was wonderful. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The common spaces were very nice; we really enjoyed having breakfast in the library in the morning. We received a daily paper and there was excellent reading material in the library as well. There were some good restaurants within walking distance. It is a little out of the way from the central downtown. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience and I would highly recommend this hotel.

Room, staff and food were great! Cost of valet parking ($25/ night) and train tracks next to hotel. A new hotel in a poor location. Fees for valet parking. Rooms, food and staff were at or above expectations.

The Ironhorse Hotel was very comfortable and unique. The rooms are like a loft apartment. Very urban like. Great staff!!!!!!!!!!!

Decor, unique styling, proximity to attractions, museums, activities. Can't really think of much. Great service. Great service. I've stayed a a fair number of places. Never ever felt this invited to stay (and return) to a hotel. You'd think that every staff member owned the place because they all genuinely took interest in us and made honest and candid recommendations about the area and local attractions. Staff was knowledgeable and not snooty. And nothing with the staff was fake. You know when people really care and these folks do. All the services you'd expect from a hotel in its price range. Very simply put - its the best domestic hotel stay I can remember - like, ever. When we want to come back to Milwaukee and see the sights we missed out on we're staying here again.

The rain shower is awesome and each room has a full bar. The location was a bit inconvenient. This hotel is amazing starting with the beautiful decor, the bathroom is sumptuous with a two person rain shower. Very cool bath fixtures, cozy robes and comfy bed. The restaurant is superb and very interesting unique brunch items. The bar has a patio for nice weather and bartenders are friendly. Free Starbucks coffee is set up in the bar in the morning withlarge cups which is a nice touch compared to most hotels.

Incredibly friendly staff. Best for a solo or couple travelers, not family oriented. Staff was fantastic, rooms were very nice and had an exciting edge to them. The hotel is best for solo travelers or perhaps a couple, but is not particularly family friendly or romantic. I loved the room and amenities, and I really couldn't have anything better to say about the staff and restaurants.

It was different than your typical hotel so that made it more interesting to stay there. Did not like the frosted glass shower looking into the bedroom area and it didn't seem to be as soundproof as most hotels. I wish I could have taken advantage of the bar area and breakfast but didn't have time.

This might just be the best hotel with the best staff ever! Nothing! Hotel is awesome. Hotel is in a historic district but is absolutely awesome - the rooms are awesome and so are all of the amenities - there is nothing I didn't like, the staff was the best!

Make-up mirrors, thick towels, robes, great staff. Hotel was difficult to find. This is a great new hotel in the Milwaukee area and one I'd definitely seek out for future use. It's a cheap taxi ride to downtown events. Rooms are lovely and staff could not be more accommodating.

Historical Charm, exposed beams etc On site Parking was very expensive (25/day) Excellent hotel for anyone going to the Harley Museum. The old factory turned brand new hotel was charming. The staff was very attentive and polite.

Staff was VERY attentive, very modern atmosphere, all brand NEW. Nothing negative to report. The staff was so welcoming and superb on follow-through. I dropped off some things earlier in the day and they were waiting in my room when I came back. Our room was pristine; everything was new, VERY modern, yet comfy. The location is within walking distance to the 3rd and 5th Wards, and it took us under 3 minutes to get from the downtown Titanic exhibit at the MKE Public Museum to our hotel valet.

Very different and modern decor - thank goodness there were no floral bedspreads! Black tiles in room showed footprints, not mine - must be difficult to clean. Great space, accomodating and genuine staff. Quiet. I loved it and will definitely try to stay there again when I return to Milwaukee. Anxious to see the other restaurant up and running.
