Two members of our executive team needed rooms at the last the minute when the city was filled due to a convention in town. Fortunately, I stummbled upon this Inn on the web. Mr. xxx made sure the transportation arrangements were made and their stay was memorable! Both of the guys raved about the place and the hospitality. I can not thank Mr. xxx enough for taking my frantic situation and turning it into one of the best business trips these guys have ever had. Our company is in Chile regularly, and from here on out, The Robinson Crusoe Inn will be our home away from home!

Hotel took extraordinary steps to assist me in transportation arrangements to and from Santiago. Additionally, provided me with excellent recomendations for hotels in Santiago eventhough I could/perhaps should have stayed with them again in Valparaiso on my return to Valparaiso weeks later. This exemplifies their dedication to customer service over their own benefit. Superb service and a caring attitude is most comforting to a traveller unfamiliar with the area. It is recommended highly. I will stay again when in the area.
