Very roomy and nice rooms with a balcony and very comfortable beds. TV very small, the parking lot was not little dark. The desk clerk was very friendly and helpful.

Excellent service. Polite helpful staff. Extremely satisfied. Would go there again. Highly recommended. Lack of elevators; long walk to room. However, this cannot be helped. Highly recommend this hotel.

The room was a good size and had a/c. You cracked your knees on the door getting in and out of restroom. The hotel cleaning staff are very friendly. When we arrived the restroom floor was covered in water. The engineer fixed the leaking toilet seal while we were out. Desk staff was friendly, but not overly helpful. Location is too far from Aspen central.

Staff was very helpful in providing information as to what activities were going on in Aspen Rooms needed a bit of an update - they looked a bit tired The staff was very friendly and helpful. the included breakfast was very fulfilling and plentiful. The hotel rooms were a bit "tired." the blankets need an update as well as the room decor.

The staff went out of their way to make things right by me. The hotel was 2 miles from Aspen, so it wasn't possible to do Aspen from this location without using a car.
