Carpet was very stained. Also the cups in the rooms are not packaged or sealed. Who knows what they might have been used for previously. A/C blows directly to the top of the bed.

Directions to find the hotel from the airport were a little confusing.

Good location, large rooms, nice bed. Everything else. This hotel greats you in great fashion. The outside and inside the lobby let you know this was in time and could be a good place to stay. However, upon talking to the staff and checking in your room you will be assured that it is not a good place to stay anymore. The staff is a mixed bag sometimes helpful sometimes not caring if you are there at all. The rooms stunk, were not in good condition and were dirty. The bathrooms were so small you cant close the door or else you would have to stand on the toilet to shave. Yes, not everything is bad there are some bright spots (bed, location) but for ever place they try to make the hotel nice there are at least 3 that let you know they really are not. (bugs, stains, stink that requires chemical assistance) It is apparent that the sister hotel beside it (crown plaza) gets all the goodies and this place gets all the rejects! Only stay here if you get a good deal this place is only worth about 20% what they ask for rooms. The Internet is a joke, it never really works, and when it does it is slow as molasses. The business center computers had faster Internet but were so old they couldn't run flash. If you know what that means then you will understand this hotel is not as it seems. The hallways are covered in stains everywhere wallpaper falling down and so are the moldings. No wonder Best Western kicked them out of the system this place is nasty. Towels covered in blood stairwells covered in every type of stain and dirt known to man. Stay away unless you need something for less than 30.

I was disappointed in the condition of the room. There was an odor in the room and the carpet was pretty worn.The box springs did not have a cover and it appeared somewhat old.I will say the bathroom appeared fairly clean.The staff was friendly and the place was quiet. Even though the price was reasonable, I would not stay here again.

The staff is very nice and the location is great if you need to be near Rupp Arena or UK but you can tell that the rooms have been used by people attending UK and Rupp Arena events. The rooms are clean but there are lots of stains and wear on the upholstery and carpets from partying guests.

The Inn on Broadway was a very nice place to stay. The rooms were very nice inside and comfortable. The staff was friendly and loved how close it was to the destination that I was attending. I will plan to stay there more often and the price was valuable for the rooms.

Location was great. Staff was polite and helpful. Beds were comfortable and room was clean. Side doors should be secured 24/7 with swipe card not left latched open. I would recommend anyone traveling to Lexington area to stay at the Inn on Broadway, staff is friendly and helpful and the location is close to downtown events and just down the road from Keeneland.

Very professional and friendly staff. We were extremely impressed by the cleanliness of the rooms! Not really a dislike but it was very close to a hospital so you did hear sirens late in the evening. I was really impressed by the friendly and professional staff and the cleanliness and comfort of the room. I have stayed in several hotels that were suppose to be higher-end hotels and this hotel surpassed my expectations by how clean and comfortable it was. The bathroom was spotless and the bedding was very comfortable and the linens were clean and fresh as was the rest of the room.
