A well presented small hotel with good but limited facilities due to its location. Our Bedroom was well equipped but a little cramped. Breakfast was excellent and the staff very polite and attentive. Dinners were expensive The car park is across the busy road and has insufficient places for all the guests often requiring the porter to move cars to get in or out. The noise from traffic on the hill was very loud. It was hot and there is no air conditioning so if the windows were left open the noise made it impossible to sleep. Our room overlooked the terrace where diners and drinkers and smokers where just a stones throw away making an early night impossible. Triple glazing and air conditioning would make a big improvement. The Jersey Police should do something to control the noisy acceleration of vehicles going up the hill at above the speed limit

Room very well appointed and clean. Breakfast very good especially the mini bacon and egg rolls. Only thing would be that the wifi occasionally slowed to snails pace - but then it was free and there were no difficulties logging on.
