Location - Bus stop right outside the hotel, free parking. Cleanliness, friendliness. Room was dirty and shabby, there was mold. Most of the staff was unfriendly.

My experience with the young ladie at the front desk when I was checking out wash terrible. I needed a taxi cab to go on to my destination so I asked the front desk person for assistance. She said it would be no problem for her to call me a cab. I waited for one hour and return to the front only to be told that a cab had come and left. I was at the front door and so that could not had happened. She promised again to call but after waiting another half an hour, my sister went up to the desk a demanded that she call us a cab. Out of frustration, I found the name of a cab company and call myself only to be told that NO one had placed a call from the Clarion to Colony Cab. I immediately call another cab company and they were there in 10 minutes. If this person did not want to assist us, she should not have waited our time. I will never stay at another Clarion because of this type of service. The person at the front desk in the morning should be more than helpful to guest. I would have had no problem with calling own cab if I knew she was so busy. No one was at the desk for quite a while during that time. My time is value and should not have been waisted like that.

Easy to get, comfy beds andquiet. Bathroom was shabby - old water leak poorly repaired, water damaged and wall peeling. Hotel had fridge, microwave in room, and quiet. Comfy beds and rooms had nice size.

Maid Service was extremely poor. Dirty glasses were not removed. The tub was not cleaned and the room was not vacumned on a daily basis. A call to maintenance about the shower was ignored.

Horrible. This place is worse, non-smoking room was smoky, had ashtray, run down, old, moldy smell, disgusting.

The elevators jerk and clunk. Water running in our sink changed from clear to brown to clear. When the room door next door opens you will be awaken. They ran out of washcloths in the morning and told us we could get some from the front desk. They also did not nave any. Bring your own.

Their contintental breakfast. I thought it would be better for a Convention Center.

The front desk staff was so friendly upon my arrival. The rooms were spacious and very clean. The restaurant service was quick and food was great. i would definately return.

From what I understand, the standard rooms are only average. I stayed in the utopia suite and it was beautiful. Extremely comfortable bed. Jacuzzi could have been a bit bigger but still nice. Very clean. Definately going back.

Convenient, friendly, clean, and comfortable. Heating/cooling system is noisy, and bathroom tub needs work. Very friendly, comfortable, good conference spaces, convenient to main highways, helpful staff, large rooms, and internet access.

Renovationisnicely done. Staff needs hospitality training. This hotel has recently been renovated and is much improved. While there are still some areas for improvement (room service food from a previous guest sat outside our room for two days).

I was on a non smoking floor and the smoke was so strong that the hall was smoky. The internet did not work; the staff was not helpful at all.

Nothing. Had to ask for pillows 2 times. Very noisy, and not a cooperative staff. The hotel was very dirty, especially later at night. Even after phone calls to the front desk, it was still noisy after midnight. Had to call down for extra pillows 3 different times in 2 hours. Each time, they said they would be right up. Room service the next morning was not good.

Close to the mall. Dirty hall and dirty room. The pillows and the linens smell as if they haven't been washed for a longtime. The TV channel is set up very tricky. There is no clear clue for the pay per view. Be careful, it is meant to trick you into purchasing the pay per view. there is not even a "cancel" button.

Price. No toner or paper in business center for four days. The rooms were clean but the halls and other facilities were dirty. Enjoyed the new fridge and microwave. They were out of toner for the printer in the business center for the four days I was there.
