A very nice and clean hotel with a very friendly service. A very good location - 25 minutes from the airport with a single train. Next time in Vienna - only there.

The hotel was beautiful and well located. The staff was excellent. We walked everywhere from the hotel and used public transportation a few times.

Nice big rooms and excellent, soft, beds and pillows. Poor restaurant, under standard meals, and overpriced. Comfortable rooms and beds. Good nice location, not far from Hofburg, Opera and the city center. Easy access to the public transportation. Poor quality of the restaurant not compatible with the rest.

My wife and I spent a long weekend in Vienna at the IRSV, Renaissance Hotel. We upgraded ourselves to Club Class which we found good value overall. The Hotel is next to a major site, the Belvedere and it was convenient for seeing it, although it is recommended to take public transport to get to the centre of Vienna e.g. Tram and/or tube otherwise it is a good 30-40 minute walk. Our room was average size but comfortable. The bathroom was satisfactory but needed an air extractor. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall a comfortable hotel on the fringes of the Vienna centre.

The hotel was quite wonderful, actually, but the sight-seeing office (and the woman running it) was atrocious...to the point that she ruined our whole stay at this hotel! Please....! &...UGH!

Hotel staff was enthusiastic and friendly, but the is rather distant from city centre, though accessible by train and metro. Main hotel building is a little old and tired with long corridors though rooms are spacious and pleasant. I would stay in the new Imperial section if I were to visit again.

The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable and very clean. The location is a little on the edge of the inner city. An excellent hotel with great service and comfortable accommodations. It's a short walk to the train station but the location is outside the inner ring. Overall, a pleasant experience.

The room was incredible and we loved the bed! This hotel was easy to find and is very close to the metro stops. It is nicely decorated and the bed was so comfortable we didn't want to get up each day. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

Very friendly and helpful front desk and restaurant staff; convenient location despite being outside the central tourist area. The fitness facility is small and poorly ventilated; room furnishings are a bit old but clean and comfortable; internet access is too expensive. This hotel is located outside the central tourist area but is convenient nonetheless for tourists and business travelers. It is quite good value, both for the accommodation offered and the restaurant. Excellent staff.

Very nice and clean. Is It a little too much 27 Euro of TV+ Internet per day? Maybe some people need just basic TV programs that could be added to a price for a room. Other than that - hotel Is perfect; staff Is very professional and friendly.

Good location with easily accessible public transportation. Lobby area had a terrible odor of cigarette smoke. Staff were not particularly friendly. The hotel was old and several areas smelled of cigarette smoke. Housecleaning of rooms left much to be desired. But the hotel was in a good location with easily accessible public transportation.

Staff was friendly, and the hotel was a welcome sight to come home to each night. Personally, I loved the swimming pool! I really can't think of anything. Items in the refrigerator were predictably overpriced. Also would have liked cheaper internet access. This is a very nice hotel in a very beautiful city. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The beds were fine. We loved seeing Vienna, and our stay at the Renaissance made our visit that much better. Thank you for fine service.
