The only comment I can give for an excellant service is that although I did not ask for , but would appreciate being able to have soya milk instead of cos milk which I use due to an allergy, perhaps you could keep this in mind for the futureWe hope to come to your hotel again in the future.

This was an excellent hotel with amazinig views of the thames. Location is excellent. Approx 50metres from temple tube. Would love to go back. Very competitive price from [website].

Room was adequately sized, loved the complimentary expresso every morning from your own expresso machine in the room, literally steps away from the Temple tube station, but also close enough to nearby attractions (Westminster Abbey, Big Ben, London Eye) where you can stroll along Thames River. Staff was attentive and professional. My only complaint was the way they charge for internet usage (15GBP) when it should be free for this type of hotel. One final complaint was the fire alarm that went off the morning of our last stay, but it's not the hotel fault.

great staff, cheap eats at nearby pubs, hotel expensive to eat or drink; Temple tube stop 50 meters away

Stayed at this hotel for 3 nights (Jul08). Excellent base for London sights. The room was a great size by London standards for 2 adults and an 8yr old. Didn't eat here so can't comment on food. Would definitely stay here again without hesitation!

"We thouroughly enjoyed our stay in London and in particular the Swissotel/Howard. It was clean, service was great (entire staff) and hotel very quiet (back side of hotel). The location was also the best..near the tube, covent gardens, theater district and many major attractions. We would go their again in an instant! "

Location and serviceBooked the Swissotel hotel for a romantic weekend break as a surprise for my boyfriend. I had read the reviews beforehand to check out the location and other peoples comments and can say they were right. Great hotel, excellent central location (request a premier river view room if you can) as we had excellent views over the river Thames. A tad pricey (for everything) but as a one off i didn't mind paying it. The service was excellent and the valet parking a definite bonus. I would definetely recommend this hotel and great location for the theatre region.

weekend leisureThe Howard is a exceptional hotel. It is very central, the staff are very helpful and the rooms are amazing. This is the second time we have stayed at the Howard using Late rooms.com. And both times we have been upgraded. even better value.

Nice place to stay, though overpriced as everything in London. Bar items are triple the store prices. Complementary tea, coffee, mornign newspaper. Across the tube station, though far from active entertainment area. Request for early check-in (10AM) was not granted. Some construction accross the hotel. The bottom line? Drop some personel (there were 3-4 staff people at the desk most of the time), rating stars and prices.

"Great location with amazing views over the River Thames. Extremely nice staff and attentive service. The rooms are very specious, clean and comfortable. The hotel has a hidden garden which is ideal for this time of the year and the restaurant called JAAN serves superb food. A highly recommend the Wild Pigeon with Foie Gras!!Location could be better. It is 5 minutes walk from Covent Garden and Temple Tube station is just opposite the hotel."

Excellent 5 star Stylish hotelWe had a great time during our stay at the Swisshotel - the howard, we were upgraded which was a great surprise and was such a nice clean stylish room. We had a drink in the bar where i had a delicious passion fruit bellini not cheap but worth the money and romantic atmosphere. Checking in and out and staff was all very smooth and professional and the whole hotel was an amazing place to stay especially its location

Nice hotel, helpful and pleasant staff. Be sure to choose a river view, the views of the houses of Parliament and the London eye are great.
