| we booked room thru venere but when we arrived to hotel they (hotel employee) informed that we do not have room that we booked but they can offer more expensive room instead. we did not accept that and there was lot of disagreements. finally thay accepted to offer room with same price we originally booked. We think information link beetween hotel and venere is not good then customer has much troubles. |
