Nice clean hotel in a very good location. Excellent buffet breakfast with a big choice. Friendly helpful staff. Could do with providing a restaurant service in the evening for small groups or less. I would highly recommend.

The hotel is located close to all the main attractions in Innsbruck as well as access to the local ski run. However, stopping outside the hotel very difficult, narrow pavement and close to traffic lights.Likewise access to the garage very tight and parking under the hotel impossible if there are a lot of cars using the facility or unless you have something like a Smart car.Room lovely and spacious, excellent English from all staff and breakfast reasonable. The bar and drinking area are close to hotel reception and there always seemed to be someone smoking in the area and this pervaded the hotel even up to our room on the 4th floor.Nice facilites in the health spa near the reception.Good parking across the road near the market-about 14e a day, same as the hotel.

We stayed at the Hotel Innsbruck for six nights and had a wonderfull experience. The rooms were clean and spacious and the common areas convenient and charming. The breakfast buffet was excellent and had enough variety to last the week. I cannot say enough about the hotel staff; they were very friendly and accomodating to all our needs. The location of the hotel was great. The ski bus stop was right across the street and the Old Town, with many excellent restaurants, was right around the corner. I would give Hotel Innsbruck my highest recommendation and plan to return in the future."

The room was oldfashioned and you could hear the noise of the traffic specially the tram verry well in the room. The breakfast was verry good and the old town verry nearby. The normal price for the room is 155 euro> too much.

Nessun problema se non che il garage dell'albergo era completo. Poco male perchè c'era un parcheggio coperto a pochi passi, anche economico!!!

The Hotel was very well located, the only down side is in which part of the hotel your room was located, at the front you had the road traffic noise at the back you had the noise from late night people visting the various eating houses and bars. However do not let this put you off it was a nice hotel. Make sure the Air Con ie working as you may need to close your windows.

The Hotel is well located in the centre of town and rooms are well appointed. We chose a deluxe suite expecting it to have aircon - wrong! Only the front-facing (north) rooms have aircon, because of street noise- that's good thinking, but in the summer the back (higher-priced)rooms get all the sun. We were there over the weekend and only rooms which were being vacated got serviced. There was no water in our toilet and the flush wasn't working when we arrived- not a very thorough house-keeping regime as only the bare minimum staff are retained for the summer. Lovely room but the bathroom and toilet were separated to make two horrible pokey little rooms instead of one nice spacious bathroom. Facilities were grossly overpriced and the cost of Broadband Internet was exorbitant- 15 Eurocents per minute. 10 Euros for two half-hour sessions is more than I pay for a whole month of hi-speed unlimited broadband. Breakfast was barely adequate, there were no eggs and cooked fare was not an option as there is no Cook at the weekend. You cannot stop your car in front of the hotel to unload/load and access to the underground garage is very tight and only by vehicle lift. We felt we had been ripped-off by yet another over-rated 4-Star tourist trap.

staff will attend to requests but not always immediately. whilst beds are large with lovely quilts they are very hard several people complained i travelled with a person suffering rheumatoid arthritis and the bed was impossible for her to sleep on. the smaller rooms, back on to the road which runs the trams and it can be noisy. great breakfast and very clean, would stay again.

Excellent hotel. Located very close to river front and ideal for visiting the old town. We had a nice front facing room and made good use of the pool, sauna and steam room. Nice breakfast. Car parking is limited, but you can park behind the nearby market hall. Very friendly and helpful staff. Ideal location when staying in Innsbruck. We'll be back.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, going out of their way to help me with my travel complications. The location was ideal, next to the Inn River, immediately adjacent to the Old Town and right next to the Ski Bus pickup.

Super Hotel in great location at edge of old town and next to the river 'Inn'. Underground parking pre-bookable at about 10 a night. Access by private car lift so car and contents very secure - important if at start or finish of skiing holiday with expensive gear. Reception staff first class and friendly. Bedroom and bathroom first class - triple room does not feel cramped with settee bed installed. Minutes from airport and easy car hire drop off. Pool and spa very good. Great value for last night of ski holiday - in Soll, less than an hours drive away.
