The Holiday Resort Hotel is just outside Didim and is located near the beautiful beaches. This is an incredible Holiday Resort where guests can free their spirit and their minds, relax and keep stress at bay. This peaceful quite region with boundless sea and gorgeous beaches, as well as the ancient ruins which surround the area will please even the most discerning of travellers. The room features include: direct dial phones, air conditioning, hair dryers, minibars, music broadcasting, and private bathrooms with telephones in them. The Hotel has an outdoor swimming pool, children's swimming pool, children's play garden, Aqua Park, fitness center, sauna, Turkish bath, TV room, table tennis, disco, live entertainment shows, tennis, beach volleyball, basketball, diving school, and numerous water sports activities. The Hotel also features both an outdoor restaurant and an indoor restaurant, and numerous bars.

We arrived at this hotel the 2nd week it opened for the season. I must say they should inform you that their are limited facilities at this time of year, as it was not really ready to have paying customers. It probably will not be fully operational for another week or so, as the outside bars and restaurants are not yet up and running. The hotel itself is beautiful, the rooms are lovely really clean, The staff in the hotel were absolutely brilliant. We were the only people in the hotel at one point where we had all the attention from the staff and they tried so hard to make our holiday enjoyable. So yes it was really quiet. The animation staff are not ready, there are a number of them missing but will arrive at the beginning of June. But the 4 animation staff that were there worked really hard to keep us entertained. We would really love to have seen what the hotel was like when it is all up and running. I can not really tell you to much about the all inclusive as the restaurant was not open as you can appreciate there was only a few people there it is not worth their while, but we had tables set up behind the bar, which was great, made you feel really special, we had the princess balcony table, where the views over the pool and the beach are amazing. The food was made for the few people there, every meal time so no choice but we enjoyed the food, If you are expecting English food though maybe you should not go to Turkey. The weather was great. We have a lovely tan. There is not alot to do around the hotel. But you can catch a dolmas bus directly outside the hotel, 10 mins to Akbuk, which is a very pretty harbour, not much open at this time of year, A market is open on a Friday, (more like a farmer's market) fruit and veg but still worth a visit. Altinkum is 20 mins the other way which is the town. Which has a lot of bars, restaurants etc, market. lot of hussle and bussle. To sum this up. Lovely hotel, has potential to be a fantastic hotel but do not expect to be entertained, have AI or choice if you book this in May. Suggest you book later in the season and you will benefit from all the facility's.
