I just stayed overnight waiting for my early morning flight from Manila to Cebu. For that purpose the hotel is very much OK. Hotel safety is very well maintained.

Close to airport. Very poor management, unavailable management. The first 3 rooms that I was shown were not very nice: very clean but, stained carpet, stained walls, furniture in bad condition, needed paint job.

The Heritage Hotel is convenient for the Airport and for the Mall of Asia; unfortunately, it's situated on a major crossroads and the rooms (at least those at the front of the hotel) are quite noisy. If there is any soundproofing or double-glazing, it doesn't work; all night long we could hear the roar of traffic. This cannot be said to be one of the problems of staying in any Manila hotel, as we also stayed at the Bayview - also on a main road - that was much quieter. On the positive side, very comfortable bed, the breakfast buffet was very good, and the staff (like all hospitality workers we met in the Philippines) were very willing and helpful. I think the Heritage is over-priced for what it offers.

We were quite pleased with the hotel and would definitely stay there again in the future.

worth the money and location is good for shopper. Near to aiport, so you can avoid the traffic in the city which sometime can take more than 1 hour to reach the airport.

The Heritage Hotel, Manila, has all the ammenaties anyone can ask for. The staff is friendly and professional, the rooms are clean and the restaraunt is excellent, although expensive. The location is convenient to the International and Domestic airports and just down the street from the Mall of Asia. Breakfast is included with the room and should definatly be taken advantage of. There is a casino in the building and shopping and entertainment districts nearby. Pricey, but overall,a nice place to stay.

Can easily find better value for your money. Clean enough for high end hotel, staff helpful and willing to accommodate reasonable requests.

I was in Manila as a jump off point to check the fantastic diving sites of Tubataha reef. I liked the convenience of the hotel's location which was very near to both the international and domestic airports. The asian cuisine was superb, the room had an awesome view of the Manila bay sunset, the room was clean and the staff are friendly and warm. Before I left Manila, I also had a chance to go on bargain hunting at the newly opened Mall of Asia near the hotel.

The staff was great, the only problems was the room had roaches, they charged me for a movie that I never ordered, the room service deserts were either, not fresh ,or melted. More that 2 towels was a rare thing in this hotel. The breakfast buffet was ok. The bed was excellent, and the bedding was very clean. The veiw sucked.

This property is tired. Much nicer places elsewhere for the price. Certainly not more than a 2 star hotel.

My visit to the Heritage Hotel was a pleasant stay. I checked in very late and still got great care at the check in. Security was very good and I felt safe. Close to airport. very clean room and bath.

The free breakfast was a very large and friendly buffet with personalized service by a chef for eggs, pancakes and waffles etc. All the service staff was attentive and very nice. The room was very cold when we arrived and we had difficulty with the room fan and air conditioning controls. Staff explained and turned off the fan and set the cooling virtually off, but the room was still cold and the cold air kept coming in. I finally bunched a bath towel up along one edge and forced the edge into the louvres of the large outlet. This helped but the hotel common area cooling coming in over and under the door continued to make the room cooler than we'd like. I would stay at the Heritage again because of it's location on Roxas Blvd. in proximity to the US Embassy and the amazing free breakfast and very helpful staff. A Desk Attendant printed a document for me and later I was able to use the printer in the Millennium Guest Suite although I was not a member of this added premium service.
