Good location, free in room LAN connection, Pool and friendly staff. Would recommend for couples, singles as room s are small for families. overall would definitely book again.

I must say something about the service. It is exceptionally good. What happened is that the taxi drove away with my luggage. With only information relating to which Airport gate and the time she boarded the taxi, Fon, the receptionist managed to tracked the taxi and recover her lost luggage.. all in a matter of one night shift. So, I certainly commend her for her good effort.

It's very very new hotel. The staffs is still rookie but i like its interior design. there are few parking lot. If you want to stay here pls use skytrain, it's easily to walk to the Sala-Daeng station.

The Heritage is next to chong nonsi station which is 2 stops from Siam square so it is really quick to get to siam ie. 5minutes the staff are really helpful and the rooms are really trendy and modern! Would definately stay here again!

The rooms are facing sky train station which is very crowded during the weekday. We couldn't open the curtain at all since people from the staion would see what we were doing in the room. If the hotel could mitigate this drawback, I would give 100% recommended.
